The front desk was helpful with my needs, especially with check-in. Along with the additional questions I had.

The cost of this hotel is pretty high and they're not a lot of amenities with it besides a small bar and a coffee station

The place was clean and the people were nice. No complaints about the room or property.

They told us they had complimentary breakfast from 6am-10am when we checked in so when we went downstairs for breakfast the desk told us it wasn’t in our package. For the amount of $ staying at the hotel the least they could’ve done was comp us breakfast.

No free breakfast like most hotels . My reservation I requested a room not near the elevator or ice machine. We were put in a room 2 doors away from the ice machine and elevator. There were wedding guests in the hotel and they stood by the elevator talking and laughing it was to noisey. If you can’t meet a request then don’t ask for preferences. Your ice machines are tooooo loud need new quiet ones.

The radiator was so loud, had to turn heat off!!!

Food was terrible. Walls were paper-thin. Bed was uncomfortable. No complimentary breakfast. Totally Spartan conditions.

The front desk staff was really accommodating and helpful. They even prepare coffee for me at the Bistro before it opens.
