I love the location, and decor of the property. it had a restaurant and bar on the ground floor.

I can’t honestly say that there was anything that I didn’t like about the property

It was awful. Me and my husband used to stay and marquis marriott and we loved it. I decided to try something different and I picked this hotel. Back in October it was great. The room, the view and the bathroom was super clean, then a month ago my husband checked in again and it was ok. So i got sometime off from work and we came back. We got there early and the receptionist took $200 deposit and told us that the room will be ready at 2pm. We came back almost 3pm and we got the key. I asked for the Hudson river view/ and a bit of city view i knew they got the room like that because i stayed there on october. I was under expressions that i will get the view that i like. Unfortunately, not only I didn’t get the view, it was a very small room with construction city view, carpet is filthy with chewing gum on it. Bathroom is very small, bathroom countertop has a crack, no small refrigerator, internet never works, and underneath the table where the trash cans are stain, it was disgusting. Their restaurant restrooms is so dirty. I will never ever go back..

The view is nice, and the bed is big.

The room is not big enough for its price. Some facilities are missing, like hair dryer. Bottled water are not refilled.

The lobby access from the street. Maybe some more security would help.

Perfect location, very good rooms and food

The hotel was a great location for theaters and Times Square. There were several great restaurants close by.

We were on a lower floor so the view wasn't great. But that isn't anyone's fault. The price is a little high, but for the location and city it was about what one would expect to pay.

결제시스템. 선결제 예약을 했음에도 불구하고 체크인하고 보니 디파짓 결제한 카드로 또 숙박비 결제가 되어있었고, 조식포함 예약했는데 체크아웃날에는 조식비가 또 결제되어 있어서 두번이나 취소요청을 한 점이 신경쓰이고 번거로웠어요.

Beetje ouderwetse kamers, geen bedlampjes, usb-poorten. Kastjes gammel. Receptie personeel ook redelijk chagrijnig. Cappucino in het restaurant $10,- ? NY is duur maar dit was overdreven.

The location is superb, the beds are nice.

Most of the staff were quite unpleasant. I noticed them being more polite to clientele who, to my assumption looked more likely to tip them. I did not expect this kind of behaviour in a prestigious place like this one. The room is... passable? I am not sure if that's just the standard in New York but from my years of travel if I had to rate the hotel purely for the room style/quality it's 3 stars tops. Breakfast was alright, but again, I've been to 3 star hotels with equivalent quality. On the overall I would say, if you are not running after a selfie at the Intercontinental, pick something else. There are hotels that offer same levels of service and facilities without the $$$ pricetag. The location is not worth all the tradeoffs.

La ubicación es fantástica. Las habitaciones, amplias, limpias y muy cómodas.

El personal que no trabaja por propinas (recepción básicamente), es bastante desagradable y poco dispuesto a ofrecer ayuda. No se puede realizar pagos a través de tarjetas electrónicas en el móvil. El desayuno es un despropósito. Caro y malo.

Everything! We visit here a couple times a year! The staff is over the top, beautiful and clean hotel, and perfect location!!!

The location was great and very accessible. The room was great too and very comfortable.

Breakfast was a con. I paid for breakfast (as a family of four) and nowhere was it made clear, other than on T&Cs on the booking email that breakfast was actually just for two and I had to pay extra. Staff not particularly friendly on front desk, though staff in the restaurant were great.

Tolles Zimmer im 25. Stock mit super Aussicht. Diese war den Eckzimmer-Aufpreis wert. Bequeme Betten. Freundliches Personal.

Erst beim Einchecken von täglichen Mindestumsatz erfahren. Relativ dunkle Gänge. Einige renovierungsbedürftige Stellen an Tapeten.

Personnel désagréable. Service médiocre (il faut demander pour avoir le house keeping).

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The water pressure in the shower was great. The beds were comfy and the view was perfect!

Restaurant and rooms are good. Smooth checkin/checkout

Not worth the price. The streets infront of the hotel are dirty and there are a lot of homeless folks at all times. Avoid especially if you are travelling with family. The hotel itself is good but for the price, and the dirty streets I would look at other locations. The Intercontinental at E 48th street is a much better option.
