The location is near multiple subways stops, attractions, and places to eat. Rooms were spacious enough and very clean.

Upon arrival our booking had not been “loaded” into their reservation system. It took about 10 minutes to get it sorted out. We did not receive the slightest apology from the staff. On top of that, we had to pay about $75 more than we were quoted on Booking.com. The AC was also loud and worked sporadically. It was the style where it would get very cold then progressively get hotter and stuffier until the AC kicked on again. Very uncomfortable nights sleep.

The whole experience was very good. The staff was helpful, especially the front desk, with whom I checked in with a special request for a bathroom with no bathtub, as I was traveling with an elderly person. He managed that! The hotel’s location is great; it's near Hell's Kitchen, where you’ll find a variety of walkable restaurants, and it's within a 2-minute walk to the subway. You also get free black coffee every morning until 9:00 am, as well as access to a free water and ice machine on your floor.

The only potential downside is that, since the hotel is located right on 8th Avenue, you may occasionally hear cars during the night.

There was very big noises coming from out side since the hotel is on the main street of the 8 th Ave. ( too too noise hotel).

The location was perfect right by 5th Ave, food places, Times Square and Central Park. It felt very safe both at hotel and surrounding area both day and night. It was clean and modern and very friendly staff and accommodating. It was very nice to have free social hour to have a couple of glasses of wine up on the rooftop with beautiful views and twinkle lights of the sunset. The hotel should have a couple more options at the restaurant for teenage friendly like some regular type sodas and food options.

It was loud being in a central area, mostly from the emergency vehicles because of the fire station being just on the other corner. The hotel was fully booked up so we couldn’t stay on a higher floor, but the fifth floor was still great views enough to be high up for noise cancellation and yet could people watch. Also bummer was they put us in a basic room versus what the pictures showed on Booking.com so there was no storage under the TV or sitting area or Keurig coffee maker which those would’ve been nice. Also, the only room left was in an adjoining room so at midnight, we can hear our neighbors coming home and blow drying their hair.

terrible wifi speeds, and awfully loud room. could hear every honk and beep and siren. and I know we’re right in midtown by times square, but a four star hotel should have sound proofed windows like others i’ve stayed at before

It was spacious and stylish room. The room was cleaned everyday. The staff was friendly and ready to help you. The location was quite good, it’s not far from the main attractions and the Times Square was close. For me it wasn’t loud there, I slept well, there is no so much noise from the street as we expected.

Not a 5 star. Heat did not work in room. Dim room lighting and two of three lamps did not work. Advertised as corner room but actually just room at end of hall, and only one window (not windows on two sides of what would be a corner room). Staff is cordial but not overly friendly.

My room was really noisy, I could hear everything on the street. My room was thankfully changed to the back of the hotel on the second evening which was quieter.

New and spotless. Small table and chair in room. Spacious room. Wonderful staff. Free coffee and tea in the morning and wine in the evening. Comfortable lobby area. Great location in the heart of Times Square and theater district.

The wall paper is awful. I called the front deck to report a water leak on the wall with what appeared to be mold on the wall. I was told, “No man, that is the wallpaper. It looks like that. We get calls all the time thinking it is a water leak.”

Location was good. In the morning you vab have coffee or tea . Compulsary. That is nice.

Noice from out side. Not all the staff members are familiar with the Word Hospitality. Rooms are not so big. Don t forget we are in New York so in that case its fine. No breakfast restaurant.

Great location. Higher floors get nice view, parking in the same building.

The room was noisy because of the A/C or ventilation unit located nearby. But you will only get this issue in dome rooms, I guess.

The location and social hour in the evening, even though we had other events to attend. The elevators were fast and the room was great.

The manager that assists with 3rd party app reservations are the most unhelpful people to never talk to when there is an issue. We ended up staying at another location.

The staff was OUTSTANDING, friendly , professional, personable, helpful. They were super responsive to our specific needs and requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, The elevators were fast and efficient , little to no waiting. The nightly wine and non-acholic option was great. A nice time to socialize with other guests. The location was fantastic to many attractions, Times Square and Broadway. It was a great hotel and a great stay. Parking was right next door to the house.

Room was noisy from a fan outside the window. They moved me to a higher floor where the room was noisy from the AC even when it was not working. While sitting in the lobby, more guests came complaining about the noise to the staff, so I guess it wasn't just my problem. The first picture of the hotel in the booking page shows a magnificent breakfast while in reality they don't serve any, but give you a "recommendation" to go grab breakfast at a nearby place, which was also pretty bad.

Это максимально свежий и современный отель с очень удобными кроватями и новым ремонтом. Парковка находится прямо в здании и была предоставлена мне комплиментарно. Персонал был очень добр и заботлив. Окна в номере открываются и это плюс, но шум Нью Йорка вряд ли захочется оставлять окна открытыми

В одну ночь перестала работать канализация и вода перестала уходить из ванны и раковины, нам поменяли номер и проблема была решена. В описании к номеру было написано наличие ресторана, но его не было.
