The breakfast It was so good yes. Perfect. But same menu every day gets boring. They should change something different at least for the weekend

Zona de desayuno muy pequeña e incómoda para la cantidad de habitaciones que tiene el hotel, áreas comedor, elevadores, recepción sucias la mayoría del personal con actitud poco amable.

ubicación, vista, esta en medio de Manhattan, no puede ser mejor, las ventanas insonorizadas permiten descansar sin sobresaltos.

los desayunos se vuelven monótonos, podrían darle un poco de variedad

La chambre tres sombre, vue sur le chantier au 2eme etage. Les photos de présentation sur booking ne refletent pas la realité. Aucun rangement pour les vetements. La salle de restaurant ultra bondée, Obligés de manger debout. Les petits dejeuners manquent de variété, juste passables. Ecologiquement, uniquement de la vaisselle jetable.

Localização excelente, perto do metro da 34 que te leva à vários lugares de interesse. O tamanho do quarto é muito bom, quarto silencioso, banheiro grande e o chuveiro maravilhoso. Você pode deixar suas malas antes de fazer o check in e após fazer o checkout. Elevador super rápido. Hotel aconchegante! Cafe da manhã com danone, pães, ovos e frutas

Não tem nada que eu não tenha gostado. Mais creio que o cafe da manha poderia ser um pouco mais variado.

The staff were very accommodating & extremely helpful to make our stay better. We arrived very early at 10am & they had our room available which was a fantastic relief & we could have stayed in the room until 12midday which we didn't need but would have been a fantastic help if we were leaving later. Nothing was a trouble for them with directions, wake up calls or whatever we needed. They also had a laundry so we were able to leave on our cruise with all clean clothes. This made life so much easier for our journey. They also had an included breakfast which was quiet enough to get you going for the day.

I think you would have to be very hard to please to find a problem.

sehr gute Lage "mitten" in Manhattan Zimmer zweckmäßig und sauber Bett weich, aber sehr angenehm Check-in und Check-out sehr einfach und unkompliziert

Frühstück war "ok", das Einwegbesteck und die Eintönigkeit (immer dasselbe Angebot) hat mir nicht so gut gefallen, aber insgesamt war es eben "ok"

Our room was okay.

We found the dining room absolutely cramped, There was no room to turn around and the area by the fruit juice/cereal horrific as the kitchen staff it kept clear, On our first morning, we had to wait to find a table. The breakfast itself was horrible. If that is your idea of a good breakfast, then you have not travelled. This is our last day in America after travelling for seven weeks and it is undoubtedly the worst.

Like very much—clean and comfortable, great location.

Struttura in una posizione perfetta di Midtown, comoda a piedi alle principali attrazioni della zona e ad alcune delle principali linee della metro. Camera di dimensioni sufficienti per tre persone. Incredibile la vista sull’Empire state building!

Moquette in camera. Spazio per la colazione piccolino. Ma in entrambi i casi si è trattato di piccolezze.

Despite many positive aspects of this hotel, I will not recommend to stay there until 2 below issues are solved. 1/ HVAC system (both aircon and heater) is out of date and make an unbelievable loud noise when running. This is totally unacceptable as you cannot sleep at all when running. It was not our room problem as I asked the Reception Team who confirmed that all rooms have the same issue! 2/ Construction site (multi storey building) literally 10 meters from our room (backside room not city view) and noise from 7am till 6pm daily. This is also unacceptable especially no information was available during booking process despite booking.com rules that property should mention works that affect hotel quietness. Very expensive rates considering you cannot sleep at night. Basic breakfast with a lot of plastic waste for every single item (cutlery, plates, glasses, jam, butter, cakes,etc) not environmentally friendly at all!!!

Very central for all attractions and on a quiet location for NYC.

I didn't like the room with no view, outside the window we were looking onto a building site which was being built, although we were out most of the day we couldn't open the blinds/ shades as workmen could see in. The room was modern, but the lighting was dim, carpet was aged. The bathroom was modern and spotless, great shower.
