Verkligen mitt på Times Square!

Heltäckningsmatta som inte var den fräschaste. Efter några dag hittade vi en müslibar under skrivbordet, trots två städningar medan vi bodde i rummet.

Tratamento da equipe. Houve um problema sistêmico no pagamento da diária do estacionamento no valor de 90 dolares. Bloquearam o meu carro, deixei a minha família esperando no frio por 40 minutos para conseguir falar com alguém na recepção. O problema era sistêmico, não precisei fazer nada, a recepcionista só abriu e fez alguma coisa que não exigia nada da minha pessoa. O maior problema é que para isso acontecer, um segurança foi até o meu quarto e não me deixou descer com a minha família, que estava no estacionamento. Meu avô tem 88 anos e a minha filha 3 anos. Tenho que cuidar de ambos e conciliar tudo. Fui tratado como marginal. Paguei 24 mil reais para ficar no hotel por três dias, ainda assim saindo um dia antes para garantir a comodidade da minha família por mais 4 horas no quarto, e fui escoltado até a recepção por um segurança por um problema no estacionamento no valor de 90 dolares. Me senti constrangido. A minha familia ficou constrangida. Nosso carro ficou bloqueado e os manobristas se recusavam a nos entregar, achando que iriamos fugir do hotel por esses míseros 90 dolares que nem era um problema com o meu cartão e nem comigo. As acomodações são ótimas, o hotel é lindo, mas o tratamento é um lixo. Um hotel que se posiciona querendo ser a marca de maior confiança de seus clientes, não confia nos seus clientes e coloca um segurança para ir atrás de você e te escoltar até a recepção para garantir que você não vai fugir por um lixo de 90 dolares. Decepcionante. Jamais voltarei a essa rede.

Room was comfortable. Partial view of Times Square. Location was good because we came to attend the theatre. Lunch was good.

The hotel met our expectations. There really wasn't anything we disliked.

Excellent staff at check in and very helpful. The 8th floor is efficient in every way.

バスタブが浅く水が漏れやすいし切替栓がうまく機能しない。トイレがウォシュレットじゃない。ポットが使いにくい。エアコンがやかましい

Die Lage war super. Das Hotel ist faszinierend. Restaurant mit super Blick. Ein Highlight auch für Kinder. Es gibt viel zu gucken. (Aussicht, Sportsbar, spektakuläres Ausfzugssystem, Souveniergeschäft mit Kaffeebar). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Die Zimmer könnten freundlicher und besser ausgestattet sein. Es gibt keinen Kaffee, keine ausgestattete Minibar. Das Frühstück ist überschaubar für den stattlichen Preis. Insoweit sicher kein 5 - Sterne Hotel.

toiletries were provided until I requested them. - The room was dusty, and the furnishings and linens seemed overused. The bed linen was stiff, likely from over-washing. - The bathroom felt unhygienic, with an old, unclean shower floor. - You could hear the toilet flush from neighboring rooms, which was disturbing. - Overpriced for the quality of the stay. - No complimentary water. - I called for a banana at 5:30 am as I needed to take my medication, but it took ages, and I was charged $3. - Cleaning services were disappointing. Items were left out of place, the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly, and there was hair on the bathroom floor. - Room service was chaotic. My order never arrived, and no one seemed to know where it was. I complained multiple times (to Rania, Kevin, and another lady), but the issues persisted.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was within close proximity to restaurants, subway stations and excursions.

The hotel's staff require better customer service training. 1) They are unable to provide clear details about processes within the hotel. For example, pick up of packages. The front desk staff did not clearly state to me the hotel had a Fedex office and therefore each package will require a fee to be paid based on its weight. 2) I sprayed my bed with bug spray on the day of arrival. Then I saw bugs on the 3rd night. On contacting housekeeping, they said the manager was in a meeting, contact front desk. Front desk put me on hold then the call disconnected. I called back and they transferred the call to housekeeping. It was only when I insisted the matter be addressed, conveniently the manager had just stepped out of her meeting. I was moved to another room and nothing further. No apologies, nothing! The keys were brought by the Bell man. The morning of check out, Germaine the front desk staff only asked if I checked into 2 rooms???! I exclaimed that it was due to bed bugs my room was switched in the late night. Poor customer service for a pretigious hotel.

Tudo otimo, desde a localização, à limpeza e ao pequeno almoço. Ressalvo a disponibilidade e simpatia do Sr David do balcão City Express.

Considerei no balcão City Express, ter sido mal aconselhado na aquisição de espetáculo para a Broadway, tendo pago um valor exorbitante para o espetaculo que escolhi.
