Quiet. Good breakfast options. Easy to drive to town locations. Front desk staff very helpful for dining recommendations.
Towel rack detached. We were on the ground floor without a balcony. For the price we would have liked a balcony.

Clean, good breakfast. Good location. Friendly check in employees.
Too noisy with the families with smaller children around us. You cannot close the doors without slamming them so very noisy.

The check-in was painless. Very friendly staff. The room was spacious. The soaps and lotions were good quality. The breakfast was pretty good.
The room could have been cleaner. We found a pair of socks in the room that weren't ours. The pull out couch bed was down to the springs. The pool water needed some attention, lots of bugs and leaves, etc.

I paid for the room when I made the reservations and when I checked out I was charged more and the clerk could not tell me what the extra 10.01 was for. Only shrugged her shoulders.

The staff was excellent. Great customer service. Parking was very convenient.
The room size in the bedroom was bit cramped especially for families that are using a pack n play. Also the pool was unfortunately closed, so that was a bummer.
