The most amazing breakfast. The host was excellent as was everything about the property. Comfortable bed, good bathroom and shower. Honesty bar was a really good addition and decent choice of wine and beer. I would stay here again and highly recommend to others.
Blackout blinds would have been better than the Venetian blinds but other than that no negatives at all.

The hosts were wonderful and food was amazing. We met great people and were within walking distance of Freeport shopping.

It is a beautiful bed and breakfast located centrally in Freeport. The decorating is beautiful, there are special offerings, such as bathrobes and slippers; 6 different beers on tap and a selection of wine. The breakfasts were delicious and imaginative, with 3 courses! We were met enthusiastically by Kelleigh who was very informative and welcoming. The room was lovely with a lot of light and the bathroom was large complete with a tub and toiletries. Coffee in the room was appreciated as were real mugs and glasses vs paper and plastic.
For us, the bed was very uncomfortable. Kelleigh shared that most visitors compliment the beds, which we found to be very hard. We didn't understand why the room wasn't "refreshed" and neatened daily while we were out. If due to Covid concerns, masks weren't required nor used by the owners, so it left us confused why the daily, normal room care was suspended. However, the envelope left for the tip for cleaning was displayed prominently which felt awkward and a bit pushy since no service was provided.

I booked a night at the Brewster House for my mother and a friend so that they could attend my son’s wedding (Because of the pandemic I couldn’t attend from abroad). Kelleigh answered all our questions and accommodated our request for my son and his new wife to join them for breakfast!! Everyone loved the delicious food and the beautiful rooms in the lovely old house. The beers from the brewery were also appreciated. If I ever make it to Maine, I’ll definitely stay here!

I cannot add to the excellency of the reviews of this Bed and Breakfast. I can only reiterate that Kelleigh and Dave are as warm and hospitable as everyone says they are. Kelleigh is an energetic host who made us feel immediately welcome and comfortable. The three course gourmet breakfast, which was one of the reasons we chose Brewster House, exceeded our expectations and made our stay as memorable as any I could imagine! Freeport, ME, is a better place for having a Bed and Breakfast like this! Lovely bathroom and bedroom accomodations were icing on the cake.
We were guests on an icy cold winter day with snow sparkling outside the dining room window. The dining room itself was charming and sunlit. It was a little bit of heaven for the dining experience alone! You don't have to be a Freeport shopper to want to come here! I would love to have tarried a few more days in this charming inn, and missed the opportunity to relax in the comfortable room with a gas fireplace, which was situated next to the dining room.
