location was close to the event I was attending. Free parking was appreciated.

no microwave in room; room was too cold for my comfort, I tried to warm it using the thermostat but to no avail; the lights over the beds would not come on. bathroom sink was slow to drain

The rooms a/c did not work and the shower leaked all over the floor. The rooms were poorly maintained

The room is beautiful

My ac unit was broken, all night it dripped on the floor. My room was so hot and i have a newborn.

property wasn’t very clean. staff has issues at check in. sinks stopped up and vomit in hallway by elevator. Navigating between parking garage and hotel was a hassle.

Staff was nice, bed was comfortable.

Hallway smelled a little weird but nothing to make me not return.

Close to everything in short pump and walking distance from really nice stores.

One of the windows was leaking water onto a dresser. Had to use the elevator to even get into the hotel. One night it was like a club in the lobby of the hotel when just trying to get to your room.

Breakfast food sucks. Gross!!! Enough said.

Bar down stairs closed. Beds the shifted did not stay on platform.

The staff was welcoming at the desk during check-in, we were only staying overnight so we were not here for very long. The attached garage was very convenient as it was raining when we arrived and departed. The room are on the small side but comfortable with the way they are setup.

Good location..and clean

Rooms are very uncomfortable.... Way to hot and should let customer put thermostat low as they want.... Air conditioner barley blew enough to keep room cool.... Almost left in middle of night cause couldn't sleep it was so hot

The visitors staying in the room beside us were very loud, but I did not report a complaint. I understand it's a hotel and noise is to be expected

Aloft always represent itself to the fullest. Never disappoint me. So glad I chose it, and will continue to.

The room was not clean. Comforter was piss stained, shower was moldy. Around 10 pm it felt like I was in a club as opposed to a hotel due to the extremely loud music coming from the lobby as there was some sort of party. Will not be returning to this property.

Within walking distance to a lot of things.

Pictures show a pool which we were excited about but there was no pool 😞

Clean room, nice bed, good pillows.

Trash in the hallways, but that's it. Really good experience.
