Even though it was raining, it was very relaxing. Good thing I like the rain! Oregon kinda does that a lot.

The stay was good until you find out that the Embarcadero charges you for parking. Cost me an extra $200.00. If I would have known this when I booked the apartment for 3 nights, I would have booked some place else. From what I understand is the Embarcadero won't sell the property to The Landing. What a rip off!

Very clean and awesome staff. Parking was easy and accommodating. View was phenomenal. Loved the room and amenities! 5 star for sure! Washer and dryer in unit, high fives all around!

No elevator

great condition. We could hear the sea lions barking throughout the day. very nicely decorated.

the light switches were wired strangely, so you couldn’t turn on the entry light when coming in.

very clean and good location. staff are super nice.

very clean , quiet, easy walk to shops / restaurants, but also out of the main traffic , etc . - nice desk overlooking the Marina

I love that it was a condo that felt more like home than a hotel, I didn't have to spend money on takeout I was able to put in a kitchen. I really enjoyed the view from our balcony, it was very peaceful.

No complaints

Fantastic welcome from desk staff (including two sweet doggies). Place is lovely, great view of the marina, bay, etc. Nice room!! spacious, decorated with exactly my taste (!), comfy bed, well cleaned (and we got into he room before the 4 p.m. posted check-in time - bonus!.

These are teensy things but constructive comments/education is good, right? 1) There was just one wine glass - we brought our own (wine AND glasses!), but the list of what's in the cabinets isn't up to date at all, and this might have been an issue for another couple (it's a studio, so who knows? ) 2) The next morning when we went to make coffee, we just found one bag of decaf (we should have checked but it didn't occur to me!!)...and we had a devil of a time trying to figure out how to use the dang thing (it isn't like ours, and we finally found some directions on the back of the coffeemaker but we still weren't doing it right!). And my husband had just come back from going to get coffee from the office (she offered to bring it up but he wanted the walk) ANYWAY, I called her back and she came right up to show us, so it ended well! But maybe making sure the right things are in place (coffee, wine glass -- there were a couple of other things but not a big deal except as an overall feeling of incomplete attention in that one are)would be helpful.

Exceptional view of the bay, marina, and arched 101 bridge. Beautiful, quiet, restful setting.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and great location.

This is our 4th visit and chose it to end our trip so we could just wind down. This property feels like home...roomy, comfy, cook or not, stretch out and relax even in Oregon's springtime rainy season. The view is enough to make you love it. Well appointed from decor to creature comforts. Walkable to the Embarcadero. Everything you need and nice staff when you need them.

location and view. The particular condo I had was really great - felt just like home. They are all different because they are individually owned, I think. Underground parking. loved the staff.

No elevator on my side to get to condo. Some condos have elevator access / the buildings are cut into 2.
