The view was spectacular. They have a hot tub that looks like an infinity pool. They include breakfast that is BROUGHT TO YOUR ROOM, and is some of the best breakfast I have had. You can even choose the time frame you want them to bring it in. All of the staff were exceptionally nice and personable. They are also quick to respond to needs. Our smoke alarm battery was chirping because it was low, and I called down to the front desk to request someone come replace it. Their maintenance person was there within 5-10 minutes. I couldn’t figure out how to turn up the heat in the room, and the receptionist (Gabby) told me how to do it over the phone, and then called me back in ten minutes to make sure I figured it out. They offered a romance package to add on to our room for $99. It was so beautiful with the rose petals and the champagne and chocolates. They set up towels like birds on the bed. They have a private entrance to NYE Beach and it is walking distance to local restaurants and shops. This was my third year anniversary with my partner and we decided to stay here, and he said it was the cherry on top for a great proposal. I think we will be going back every year now. I highly recommend this place!

It was kind of annoying that the smoke alarm battery was low and chirping but they responded within 5-10 minutes of our call. The tub in the room was too small if you have a really tall partner like me.

The hotel met all the standards but what was impressive was the little things. The freshly ground coffee for the rooms, the cookies at check-in and the way they seem to have thought about your potential needs and provided everything one may want for. The view from room and jacuzzi was amazing. Would highly recommend.

My massage was amazing

Got charged twice for my massage and was told they only charged us once but it was clearly taken from my boyfriends card twice, still no refund.

The breakfast was delicious. we had bagel with salmon cream cheese also had fresh fruit and breakfast burritos. We couldn’t eat all our food, the portions were generous.

We loved everything the warm bathrobes and infinite pool was amazing!

Lovely location right on a big beach area. The weather was bad, so we didn’t get any time out there, but we loved hearing the ocean at night and seeing it out the slider. Breakfast was fabulous both days. We had breakfast burritos and French toast with marionberry compote.
