Front desk service was excelent. They helped us with the booking. Everything was clean. (shampoo and conditioner were amazing!)

It was a little pricer than others with the same characteristics.

It was close to what we were in town for and there were parking spots available.

I paid over $400 to stay for 2 nights and it wasn’t super nice. There was no conditioner in the shower when I took a shower the day we left either. You’d think that would be something that would be checked after every check out.

Decent, clean room. LOVED the bathroom mirror. Close to most attractions.

For the price, it was a bit too noisy in the mornings due to traffic. The upstairs walkway is WAY too narrow, especially with the maid's carts in the way while carrying luggage during checking out. My daughters and I did NOT feel safe with the group of roofers staying a few doors away from us. Each time we ventured out of our room, they did too and they would make a point to watch our every move then make us walk through them upon our return. Each time they heard our door open, they came outside to watch us which kept us on high alert while on a trip meant for relaxation.

Room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast is a joke, prepackaged, tiny options with fake juice. There is fresh fruit and coffee.

It was a roof over our heads for our trip, and it was a walk-in shower as requested.

When I booked the room, I made it a point to inform the property that it would be a late check in, most likely around 10 - 11pm. At 9pm, they called me to find out how much longer until my arrival. The bed was rock hard and only a full size when the request was for a queen sized bed. We barely slept for all the tossing and turning trying to get comfortable. The so called breakfast was a choice of packaged mini muffins or packaged danishes and bruised fruit. Coffee and juice also served. The pump action creamer was so thick it was difficult to pump.

It is better to say that there is no breakfast. This is cannot be called breakfast.

Room was very clean. Location was good.

Whoever was staying above us made noise all night, sounded like they were moving furniture, and pacing.
