the only tiny criticism is that after 10pm we couldn’t get a bottle of champagne sent to the room to celebrate our engagement and were suggested to Uber eats one and pick it up at the lobby.

A little tough to get a reservation for dinner. Got one but it was pretty early and no availability later.

Attentive staff, great food, comfortable rooms

Parking was a little sparse and some areas need a walkway for pedestrians.

Ojai is charming. OVI is beautiful and well kept. A great place for golfers and families. Beautiful grounds and gardens. The Pixie Pool (for children) is very nice with plenty of family seating and sunset dining options are pleasant. Service is excellent and friendly. Best bath tub I've experienced in a long time! Guest shuttles are helpful.

We requested and paid up for a room with a view and got a room with a view of the service yard and some trees planted to hide the service yard. I would not recommend OVI for someone with a walking disability...so many stairs so few ramps and no elevators....if you have a bad wheel this place is NOT FOR YOU. OVI should improve their location map...finding the way around the grounds is not easy and the map given at the check in desk is difficult to decipher and therefore inadequate
