Quiet, great corner room on 2nd fl next to stairs. Empty fridge, 2 bottles of water daily. Arrived late in the evening and reception lady was very nice and accommodating- Spacious room, comfortable beds, nice pillows, soft lighting- Easy coffee maker, plenty of towels
Grumpy day reception lady- No room amenities (like shower cap, soap) yet there was an "amenities" fee of $12.50 a day for pool/spa use (there shouldn't be), Wi-fi, bicycle use (which we did not take), not great small snack bag- Coconut spice shampoo in shower containers is not everyone's dream so used the gel which there wasn't enough of- Bed sheets may need checking as mine was a bit rough (getting old)- No hair dryer- Would have preferred disposable cups for coffee instead of mugs which housekeepers don't really clean well (just rinse)

I didn’t like the ‘no breakfast’ ‘no maid service’ policy… I just wish they would be up front enough to say ‘we are saving money’ instead of blaming COVID…
in view of where we are with the pandemic…it’s time to turn the page!

The linens on the bed were horrible, when I asked for the sheet to be replaced, I was told I needed to wait until the next day, which was fine, but during my entire 4 day stay this issue was not addressed. There was no cleaning performed, no breakfast, and though the hotel was not full, we were placed across the entire hotel from our daughters. There appears to be little to no concern for comfort or customer service.

Nice people and the town is lovely.
We had to pay an extra fee for "snacks" and there were none in the room. The towels were stained and ugly. The room was super expensive for a very basic room. The air conditioner kept stopping and starting intermittently.

$10 amenities were two bottles of water and two small bags of granola. Soap and shampoo dispensers rather than quality soap and shampoo. Bed uncomfortable

When I found out that others in my group who booked directly with Casa Ojai had bottom-floor rooms with patios and paid less than I did, I was very upset with Priceline/Booking.com. If I ever book another room ANYWHERE, I will always check directly with the hotel.

No food offered. Roomy, comfortable bed. Clean, A/C worked well as it was 90+ degrees outside.
Wish I had been on lower level, had to haul my bags myself to my room. No elevator.

I was hesitant to book at he beginning, but to our surprise, the inn is clean, comfortable bed, perfect location. We had one queen bed room because i waited till the end to booked, but the room is just enough to accommodate 4 of us (+ 2 fur babies). I did not smell any bad even at the patio considering it’s pet friendly and I am very picky when it comes to sense of smell.Thank you for keeping it clean, definitely we will book again for our next trip.
No microwave but it is not necessary because we eat out and ordered to go food during our stay, but I would think the bigger room with kitchen do have microwave.
I just need to reheat my coffee that I bought but it’s not a big deal.

Casa Ojai Inn is conveniently located a short drive (or long walk) from the center of town. It has a nice little swimming pool and offers free use of bicycles. The room was clean and comfortable.
There was no elevator, and it was tough for us to carry our bags up the flight of stairs. Otherwise, everything was fine.
