The breakfast was pretty decent. My kids liked it. They offer donuts from dunkin and make your own waffles. There is fruit, but not a variety of other options.

There was a cigarette burn in the sheets. The beds were NOT queens, they were very clearly full-size beds. They were double beds which is a full, not a queen. The rooms were tiny, and the bathroom was barely moveable, but it was only for a weekend, so whatever. The area is NOT what I was expecting. It is very hard to move around to other locations. The roads only go one way, and it is a very busy road, so pulling out to go somewhere is crazy. To be honest, I'm rather disappointed about where we stayed. I thought it was a better location and would be better accommodations, but it was not. The staff is friendly, but does not respond through the app. I would reach out to them regularly the last few months and I got ZERO response. I feel as though the area and the lack of being able to get places needs to be mentioned. I paid a lot of money to basically stay in a confined space that was not the cleanest.

Treadmill didn’t work, hardly anything healthy to eat at breakfast

The staff was nice enough. They didn't particularly make me feel welcome, but they didn't make me feel unwelcome either.

It wasn't properly cleaned in places. There was some things(?) stuck in the sink and on the sink counter. The linens were ripped. The pillows were flat and non-supportive.

From the moment i came to the front desk i was greeted and felt very welcomed. Definitely appreciated the friendly staff and my buddy Ray for helping me with all my needs.

Nice room and clean! Gentleman at the reservation desk was very pleasant.

A little tricky to get to because of traffic around the Mall area. Also difficult to get out the driveway for the same reason.
