The pool. but I didn't use the pool. too cold

We loved the view from our 15th floor balcony and how pleasant the staff is.

Our tub didn't work the first night and there were other minor issues.

Beachfront and aesthetically pleasing

Loud air/heater, water leaked in through the window are air/heater unit, tub was not cleaned well, was woken up daily at about 9:30 by jets zooming over from the base every 5-10 min. (When the heating unit hadn’t already startled me awake)

I like how you were able to look out at the ocean in one room and in the other room you were able to look out at the strip. Also the room was nice and relaxing.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like about this place. Everything was wonderful from the time we got there to check in from the time we left and checked out.

Easy check in and out . Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

I was under the impression that my room would have a balcony from the caption but i was not given a room with a balcony which was an inconvenience to me and my family .

The room still had someone else’s trash in it and smelled awful! The kitchen cupboard was missing a knob, the coffee maker didn’t work. In the bathroom the toilet would stick when flushing and you’d have to take the top off each time to fix it there was no shower gel or shampoo in the dispensers in the shower, and no shower curtain and the water wouldn’t get warm even when ran all the way on hot so you have to take a cold bath. Terrible stay we definitely won’t be back

The Staff was very pleasant and friendly. My refrigerator ice maker didn’t work but Archie and James went above and beyond to make sure we had ice.

The only thing was I asked for ocean view but they gave me partial ocean view. The TVs in our room were a little small. Other than that it was amazing.

Bellhops and housekeeping were great. Knew their jobs and went out of their way to be helpful. On duty engineer was also great, he did all he could to correct an overflowing kitchen sink (water/suds from another unit)

Unit was in terrible shape, furniture old and marked up. Size of room was very small. Even for a lockout unit this was undersized and cramped. Bathroom was adequate but tub faucet leaked. The biggest problem was its location on second floor right over the pool and outside restaurant. Loud (and poor) music played all day into the night only shut off when street (34th) musician was son duty. Noise rises and came right into the room. This is NOT a room that should be rented stand alone… probably the worst value on Virginia Beach. It certainly was a poor example of Hilton time shares. While staff was sympathetic, no one at front desk or office offered to move us or somehow compensate for the poor room. As stated above the kitchen sink even overflowed from someone else’s room. Yikes, we could not leave quick enough

Location is great, pools are nice and well-kept great beach spot. Monica at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. Laundry, ice and trash facilities were all in good operating order.

Room is small for the price; Kitchen does not have a stove. Oceanview room balcony are very noisy due to machinery and staff activities at ground level. No table on balcony with ocean view room. Attendants at Tiki Bar and around pool need to be more attentive to the customer's needs.

The many conveniences the hotel had to offer.

That at the end there was no place to store our luggage after. Checkout. We wanted to go get breakfast but did not want to take our luggage with us to the restaurant.

Hotel was dated.

Hot tub wasn't working and indoor pool didn't work until the last day.

Place was clean,staff was nice, and the pools were exceptional. Even the bar by the pool had a staff that always smiled while serving.

Like all places here recently the prices are still to high for what you are getting. It's a hotel room that needed some updating and some minor repairs and still charge you as if you are in a pent house. But in all my wife and I had a great weekend getaway to relax.

Check in was clunky and we had to move from our first assigned suite as the refrigerator was making a loud whining noise in the first.

My daughter like the smell in the room. I like a little kitchen. The manager and the front desk staffs are all very nice , friendly and helpful !
