Had to pay for parking, not enough elevators

Breakfast was nasty

The sausage wasn’t cooked well enough and the eggs were watery…..They didn’t keep the coffee replenished you had to keep asking

Not much! Room was dirty. Staff except for one younger woman at front dest was rude and even one girl yelled at me.

Pillows were all feather im allergic Room was dirty actual mold growing under the edge of sink. Filter to airconditioner was filthy. Room next door kept slamming their door at 1am i went to front desk to mention yet norhing was done because it continued til 4 am we had to drive 6 hours home on no sleep Never was told we had to pay for parking on their own lot. I would have went to a way better hotel for the money i spent. Will never stay at a La Quinta again especially in Virginia Beach

I used to stay solely at LaQuinta inns throughout the early 2000s because my dog could stay free. I could always count on a clean, tidy room and a good breakfast. This stay, however, showed me that the quality has gone downhill. You have to beg for housekeeping and even then beds are left unmade. A corner of the floor by the tv stand was not cleaned. Breakfast was subpar. Definitely not worth the price and won't be staying there again or recommending.

The proximity to the beach was good. Breakfast was good but tables were not cleaned in between guests eating at them.

The hallways were extremely dark. Room was not clean. Hard to get clean towels each day.

The breakfast was really good. Loved the 24 hour a day coffee. Near beach and grocery store. Pets welcome.

Check in

The property was in a good location.

AC wasn’t adjustable. Even if you did adjust it, it didn’t make a difference. Housekeeping was only every 3 days so we didn’t get new towels and things we needed. Only one elevator was working, it made going up and down difficult. The staff were rude, especially Hayat. She was very rude to me during check in when I mentioned I didn’t know about the 250 deposit (which I still haven’t gotten back). For the stay being as expensive as it was, the services could have been better, and there was hardly ever parking because they let people from the beach park there too. Not to mention the lobby was hot because the staff didn’t like the noise of the fan! That’s where everyone ate breakfast and it made it even hotter.
