It was close to most restaurants and other entertainment

No smart TV’s and the bedding needs to be upgraded (sheets and comfortability) as well as the refrigerators

Hard to get room service for food. Never could get thru to restaurant. Even contacted front desk and they said they would put our order thru and they forgot

Amazing view, spacious room, very clean and comfy bed.

On the beach. Livemusic was nice. Liked the restaurant and bar.

Lack of elevators was an inconvenience.

Elevator’s didn’t work causing huge lines or you had to use the steps. The lobby smelled like sewage. Check in took over 30 minutes because we couldn’t even get a luggage cart. Inconvenient parking garage with another broken elevator and very unfriendly parking garage staff.

The view is amazing. The room was a nice size, nice and clean. The restaurant was great.

Only complaint was how late the pool opened and how early it closed.

The beds are comfortable

Staff was not very helpful. For what you pay to stay at a Hilton it was not worth it. They couldn’t accommodate what we needed nor did they try.. Very unorganized at check in. Was very disappointed. On a good note, the room was clean, the beds comfortable and the view was great.

That it was near the beach

That the rug was stained. The ceiling fan was filthy. The room was dusty. The air conditioning was loud that the hallways had fans running, and it smelled like something was burning. Also, we asked the cleaning people to please get our trash, and that we needed more towels, and it never happened for five days, also the elevators were awful always full always backed up and they were people smoking marijuana and we could smell it

Pay 15$ a day for parking! Ridiculous should be free paid 3k for the week elevators suck wait forever!!!

The room accommodations sink was broken in the bathroom and I requested a high floor my request was denied also my reward points where not accommodate because of booking through a 3rd party service

the shower dripped all night! I literally didn’t get any sleep. the phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call the front desk. at some point the cable stopped working and I couldn’t even drown out the drip with TV

I loved the extra security. I liked the lounge. I enjoyed the restaurant even though it was a little pricey.

Would have been nice to have been able to check-in early. My daughter is handicap and we got wet upon arrival. We we offered the lounge which was nice but she became ill from waiting in air conditioned room. One hour earlier would have helped. And considering we were only given an extra 30min when asked for a later check-out, the excuse we were given when checking in ( which was late check-outs) was clearly a lie.

We loved the restaurant and the location of the hotel.

That there were no dividers between the balconies

The breakfast was the best meal we had. I paid over 200 dollars for dinner for me and my wife at the catch 32 restaurant you have downstairs. The dinner we had was terrible. I order the ribeye, for almost 40 dollars... it was paper thin covered in gristle, and tasted it was boiled in soapy water.... I asked to have it addressed with a replacement or something else, but the server wasn't anywhere to be found. By the time I wife finished struggling thru her lobster, we have had enough. And I had to find our server and ask for the check....

Dinner, the steak and lobster were a rip off.

The heater in the room was noisy.
