Good location

Shower made noise, sliding door was hard to slide.

Staff. We requested room cleaning service but they didn’t. They came in and put towels only.

The lazy river and pool for the kids.

That the A/C wasn’t working properly and was told by the staff that we have to put the heat on to warm up the room when it’s cold. No one wanted to check either.

The heated pools and staff were great!

The cleanliness was subpar, although the pools felt great you could literally see the dirt floating around in the foam.

It was pretty good just didn’t check to see if I needed my sheets changed or clean towels.

Unpleasant Smell , malfunctioning elevators, staff, no continental breakfast. The front balcony view was awful broken air conditioning.

Manager was rude, not room I booked, water never got hot in room, room dusty and dirty. Room was never cleaned. Elevators moved like they were on there last leg, one wasn’t even in service.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and close to everything!

Our ocean front room was as expected. Liked the spacious balcony the most!

Called front desk and asked for more bath towels. He told me to catch the towel service person. I missed her by a minute! She disappeared into the elevator. Saw the cleaning lady and asked her to relate message. Never received towels. Had to go “steal” some pool towels the use the rest of my stay. Pool towels were rough but did the job.

Hotel had no Hot water to shower with that night and to keep checking. Drove far to mot have a shower at the beach. Had to report Refrigerator was leaking. maintenance could not stop the leak. He used towels to hold leak until could be fixed. Toilet nited leaking as well. Front desk stated a plumbing problem all night and would return portion of money to booking and booking would compensate me. No shower could have been better!! Thanks again.

Water was cold... We had to take cold showers the entire stay!!!

Beds were decent.

Staff was incredibly unfriendly except for Thomas. Check out the pictures of my "oceanview".

I enjoyed the ocean view from my room. the bed was nice, clean, and comfortable.

Lights on nightstand didn't work.

it was a very hectic area and it was kinda ugly around the area, the buildings were horrific.

it was walking distance from restaurants and bars and it was right by the beach
