dogs should be on the bottom floor. we had to listen to a dog stomping above us from 6pm to 1:30am. I came for peace and quiet not the sounds of elephants above my head for hours

Breakfast was not included in my booking. The restaurant is closed off season. We found several nice breakfast places nearby that allowed my dog, too. Loved being on the boardwalk. Beautiful view of the ocean.

There really wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. There’s plenty to do and see here even though some places haven’t opened yet for the summer.

Location and dog friendly!

Had a room on the bottom floor. View was excellent and right on the boardwalk. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very accomodating, and gave us a list of pet friendly restaurants and bars, as well as a doggie gift bag for each dog. Pool was very nice and clean.

the staff was amazing, professional, kind and attentive.

while they renovated the interior, some of the exterior needs maintenance.

This is a wonderful property. Comfortable close to everything. Pleasant hard working staff. Good value.

It's an older building but they keep it up nicely.

It was clean and I liked the ocean view and being able to go right on the board walk and the service was great.

Unfortunately there were ants :/ and the dog area was right outside of the room was not aware of that and not a fan there should have been a warning. The room was small and cramped. The building needs work there was plaster on the ground outside of the room by us and there's a dip in the room that is not visible.
