My family and I loved how cleane the hotel was.We love that it's dog friendly. The location is perfect for the boardwalk. The staff was excellent ! 1 out of 10 we give it a solid 10 !

Requested two matters be addressed and neither was done. Front desk documented the issues and promised they would be addressed. These issues will not prevent me from considering staying here again. The fact that so many dogs, smell, barking was a little annoying.

The young man at Starbucks was super friendly and social! He kept talking to and engaging with my little kids while he made the drinks, which made the wait so much more pleasant. The beds were very comfortable.

It took 4 hours and 2 reminders to get coffee K cups and Thermal cups sent to my room. They didn't bring the right coffee or coffee cups! The refrigerator didn't keep my things cold. I even tried turning the temperature gauge to make it colder.. pretty sure they need to maintenance their room appliances.

I have stayed there many times for work and pleasure and love the location. Hilton did a great job on the remodel!

The hotel was very attractive and clean. All of the employees were polite and professional.

Room was comfortable, and clean. It was in a great location for our needs.

Since it was off season things were either not open or closed early, but that is to be expected. It was pricey, but a nice clean place. Having the games on TV in the rooms would have been nice.

We always enjoyed it here when it was the Dunes Hotel. Now it’s the Hilton Garden, and it was very nice and clean, and nicely decorated. It was really refreshing to see the upgrades. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast food needed some improvements, but other than that, it was a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning.

I enjoyed how beautiful and how clean everything was. I enjoyed was very pleased with the staff there. Everyone was so nice and helpful..

Hotel is clean and has a restaurant located in the lobby. It’s just north of the boardwalk and I’m close proximity to other restaurants. Employees are cognizant and engaged.

The mattress was firm and uncomfortable. Nothing worse than a worn out floppy firm mattress. The food at the restaurant took awhile to come out and both meals we ordered were over cooked and burnt. We had two drinks comped which was unexpected.

Loved the large rooms, decor, walk-in shower. We stayed a couple years ago and enjoyed our stay. This time with the renovations, it was outstanding! Beautifully done!

We were disappointed and surprised there were no streaming services available (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.)

The breakfast was satisfactory, albeit slightly expensive. The location was ideal, as it provided the opportunity to enjoy a meal while observing the oven, which was quite delightful.

All of the staff wasn’t pleasant, food was ok and there were long wait lines, when it was not busy. I was told rooms only had one bed with small pull out or two queens, I wanted a suite (I wanted want was advertised, what I thought I paid for).

The Ocean view was excellent. The window was dirty however.

Evidence of hasty cleaning. Yes it was Easter Weekend. However, we still expect the room to be clean. Unfortunately the bathroom was far from it. We found a black curly (pubic?? ) hair on the sink vanity. And one beneath the vanity on the floor. There also were hairs on the floor near the sliding door, and one on the shower tile. The towels did not smell fresh. There are waterspots on the shower door, and something spattered on the tile. The hand soap dispenser was empty. We used the shower gel to wash our hands, not aweful but inconvenient. The soap in the soap dish was previously used and returned to its box apparently. The bottom of the box was stuck fast to the dish and the soap was damp. I threw it away. On to the beds. The bottom sheet on one bed had skid marks, yes, and aweful. And there was a hair on the bottom sheet of the other. We slept on top of the bedspreads because of that. Not comfortable in the least. Before we left we undressed the beds in hope that they would be made with fresh linens for your next guests. Going on, multiple pull threads all over the obviously well worn bedspreads. And old stains on the rug. Not at all what we expect from a Hilton Family hotel. We didn't complain. It was Easter, we were tired from the drive, and we did not want drama on our holiday.
