There was a housekeeper who was mainly in the lobby/pool/commons areas cleaning but she was FANTASTIC at her job it was spotless always and she was super helpful to all guests. Please recognize her! Younger black hair and i believe spoke spanish. She went out of the way to help my kids and i get a couple trash bags and into the elevator. Room was great and clean, facility looked kept up with

my room had a deck … and it was facing the ocean…. it was so awesome.. never wanted to go to sleep , just wanted to stay up and listen to the waves all night .. it was close to everything

We loved the location. The beautiful view with private balcony.

Room wasn’t cleaned very well. Toilette hadn’t been cleaned after previous stay. Shower had hair in it. There were food crumbs on the night stand. Rusty lamps. Balcony screen kept falling off of track. Smokers on 4th floor so smelled their smoke on 5th floor balcony.

The location is ideal. Checking in was easy and front desk was polite. The Bed was comfortable and the room although needing cosmetic repairs was clean. There was 2 outside pools with a pool bar, which was convenient.

The room was very small. It had an slight odor from the AC unit. Unfortunately, it was located right outside of the elevators so it was very disturbing especially being a friday& Saturday night. The one elevator was broken so it made things difficult. The price was high for what we got as a room.

We were on the 3rd floor.. Easily accessible to restaurants near by. staff was always friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything.

I didn't like the constant smell of weed; or other balcony visitors blasting their music louder than the Rum Shacks. I have younger children, so they kept questioning the wierd "smell". The rooms weren't cleaned thoroughly.. Found soda bottles and trash left by previous guests..

The location was perfect. Never moved our car. Great staff and clean rooms.

Wish the outdoor pools were heated. We went in June and they were very cold.

David from facilities was very friendly and responsive. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly when we checked in.

The key didn’t work. The patio windows were filthy. The wall paper was falling off the walls The shower took a while to get full pressure. We were unable to regulate the heat in our room. Our room did not seem prepared for the season opening. We had maintenance to our room 4 times; 2 for the heat, once for the key and once for the safe. The safe was never permanently resolved. We did not think all these issues warranted $139 per night. Website said look was closed and hot there and found out it was open.

Hate that you're not open in the off season. I want to take a weekend trip and hate having to find another place to stay.

My wife left her coat and it was retrieved and returned to us.
