The location is great and the pool and pool bar are fantastic. It’s also really nice that they have parking right near the hotel!

We have stayed here before and it seems like the hotel is going down hill. The ice machine didn’t work the majority of the time we were there (in July), they weren’t able to provide us with extra wash clothes or hand towels, and outlets did not work in our room. Also for a smoke free hotel, the hallways really reeked of weed which wouldn’t be ideal if you were traveling with a family. This hotel is fine, but I think we will start searching for other places to stay for our annual friend trip because the rooms are small and we were disappointed with our experience this trip.

The staff was friendly. The location (on the boardwalk) was perfect. The a/c worked beautifully…and you wouldn’t think people would comment on the a/c, but when it doesn’t work it’s a Real problem. I’m speaking from experience.

The Parking. It was rare if I could park in the street by the hotel or the parking lot designated for the Harrison Hotel.

Great location on the board walk and just steps to the beach. Pool was a a great size going up to 10 feet with plenty on chairs to relax on and the poor bar was decent with some happy hour drinks. My family enjoyed being at the pool. Nice rocking chairs on the front porch of the hotel to sit on and stare at the ocean!

My Only complaints are The elevator being broke down for a day and we were on the 5th floor so a lot of walking up and down stairs but staff was very helpful during that if you needed something carried. Also the size of the room for 4 people wasn't very accommodating neither was the tiny bathroom. Parking wasn't that great either unless you got lucky and got a spot beside the hotel which is public parking or one in the hotels first parking lot other then that their next parking lot was a street over.

The shower is really small, barely useable. Shower doors fell off every time it was used. Someone from the desk woke my wife and I up at midnight by knocking on the door to say there was a noise complaint, we were sleeping.

I couldn’t breathe on the pillows, the pillows smelled like an old sweat man, I requested exchange but only the pillow cases to be changed, which the problem was not the pillows cases,

the size of the bathroom and the shower. we were also told the restaurant was closed, but that was not the case.

beautiful location and nice view of the ocean. pool and pool bar was nice and the lady serving at the pool bar was awesome.

none of the plus sockets in the room worked so we spent 24 hours with no cell phone thinking it was our wire until I finally realized … but honestly a nice break from my phone.
