small rooms and breakfast is not that great

love the in room jacuzzis. very nice.

it could use a coat of paint and some maintenance.

The front desk lady during the day was extremely friendly

When the house keeping lady knocked...we yelled on second and then she walked into the room and turned the light on. We were not dressed. I felt like that was not right.

The location was good.

Wasn't very clean, the bedding had dirty spots. The bathroom toilet wasn't flushing and it kept on making noises. Overall wasn't really satisfied about the room.

The tub was nice.

The toilet was dirty definitely not cleaned. The bed under the comforter on the sheets was filthy with crumbs, dirt and black hair everywhere. At midnight someone came in next to us drunk loud and slamming things until 5 a.m. hotel was empty so why anyone was put right next to us was dumb. The room was non smoking but the clothes in our dresser smelled like cigarettes (we don't smoke) when we pulled the dresser away from the wall there was a rectangle hole in the carpet which showed the old carpet underneath that was never removed from when it was a smoking room. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! Room 212. Picture included of the nasty old smoking room rug that was never removed the smell seeped into the dresser!

the location of this is not too far away from Newport. it’s in an industrial area.

the property was run down and filthy. the hallways are so narrow it’s hard to get a luggage cart down it without scraping the walls. there was peeling paint in our room. pubic hairs on the walls. write your name in it layers of dust. the woman at the front desk was so sharp with my son we ended up not staying the night.

Great location breakfast was awesome.... Nice quiet location super duper friendly staff.. hot tub was awesome!

That was a $5 a day charge that was not mentioned and the deposit said $50 but it was in fact $100.. bathtub drains a little slow so you're standing in water when you shower.
