Since I got there they were having problems with the keys, then they were working with the plumbing and was no water just the day I was leaving on a really early flight.

The hotel staff (front desk, housekeeping, etc.) very warm & friendly. We enjoyed the complementary drinks at Jimmy's plus their food was excellent. The free guest laundry was a very nice surprise and came in handy! Location to hotel is very convenient to markets, restaurants, shopping, and especially to Seattle University for the event we attended.

Being close to the hospital, ambulance sirens were frequent and loud.

Location is great. Restaurant on premises (Jimmy's) is very convenient.

The hotel has everything you need. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The beer and food in Jimmys is exceptionable. The location is ideal to the centre of the city. Onsite parking is well worth it. The use of the laundry facilities was also free and much appreciated. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, and one is one of the best.

I didn’t bring my credit card with me because I was having open heart surgery the next day hospital told me not to bring credit cards with me for safety reasons so the motel would not let me stay there with my credit card I still got charged this was so frustrating to me I was already under a great deal of stress and then this happened I will never use them or booking. Com ever again.
