I didn’t bring my credit card with me because I was having open heart surgery the next day hospital told me not to bring credit cards with me for safety reasons so the motel would not let me stay there with my credit card I still got charged this was so frustrating to me I was already under a great deal of stress and then this happened I will never use them or booking. Com ever again.

The heat pump was noisy and kept me awake

The manager of the hotel really helped us out with an oversize vehicle parking issue we were having. He was very accommodating and kind. His help made our stay so amazing!

The bed was a bit too firm for me as I have musculoskeletal issues at the moment. It would also be nice to have quiet closing toilets.

the room service doesn’t let you know they have already been tipped 18% I am a good tipper to begin with so I spent over 30$ in additional tip which I don’t feel they would have received as they already were tipped 18% I feel like that’s a very sneaky way to do business

Hotel used by people who are having surgery at Virginia Mason or Swedish they could be more accommodating to people who are going through that situation

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. It was close to the location of my visit. Parking was very easy to access at the hotel. As well if I needed there was a restaurant close by.

I felt the price was a bit high. Not sure how it is compared to other places. It is nice because it is close to the venue that I was going to, but still felt the price was high for what I was getting.

The price is insane for what you get. For that price I expect some kind of breakfast at least.
