Hotel is located very close to Miner's Landing and down the street from the light rail. They serve a basic continental breakfast with make to order belgian waffles. Rooms were comfortable.
Hotel had very little tvs in the rooms about the size of a large computer monitor, but we only stayed one night so it didn't really matter.

Breakfast was varied and kept well stocked and tables were quickly cleared and cleaned. Location is great for Seattle although area is a downtown one so a bit gritty. There are homeless people around although no one bothered us. Staff in the hotel were exceptionally pleasant and helpful and created a very pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel is directly across the street from the WSDOT ferry terminal and within a reasonable walk
of both the Amtrak station and Pike Place.

The continental breakfast was very good. The recommendations of some things to check out in Seattle was very appreciated ad the warning of not beig out when it is dark in the neighborhood was a great warning.
I was surprised with the upgrade but I would like to see the bed be a little father away from the door because with the luggage made it difficult to enter.

great location. easy to walk to various points of interest, Pike Place, Seattle art Museum, etc. great value. nice and welcoming staff. even a parking under the hotel. very clean. modern bathroom. great bed/mattress.

the traffic noise was very loud and we could hear people on the street talking. there was a decorative light next to our room outside that caused a glow in our room.
