THE STAFF AT THE FRONT WHEN WE CHECKED IN WERE GREat. The breAKFast was very good, the evening cocoa was very nice, Listening to the creek at night was relaxing. the bed was very comfortable.

Very quiet. Very clean and inviting. Staff was very friendly. We stay here every time we come to Tennessee. Amazing breakfast by the fireplace or by the river outside. Barely kids there which makes it peaceful and clean. My husband and I enjoy the adult environment. Room was cozy and we love the Alexa.

I really liked the service and the entertainment offered at the inn such as popcorn in the evening and a bonfire and rocking chairs on the patio made for a great experience

Room was cleaned every other day, shower was never cleaned, empty bottle of shampoo was left on shower floor for 4days. Toilet not cleaned, tissue not replenished.

Everything was great. Loved the breakfast. My grandson loved the pool, popcorn & punch.

The room was fine and the breakfast when we could get to it was good. My granddaughters loved the ducks and geese out back. Pool when not overrun by kids was decent although hot tub was dirty and cold after being used by mobs of boys.

our stay coincided with a baseball tournament and our hotel was overrun with several teams. They were rude and inconsiderate with anyone else staying. They overran the pool/hot tub most of the time with no parents in attendance. They overran the lobby in the evening and at breakfast. Hotel staff just allowed them to do whatever they wanted. Those of us not with a baseball team seemed to get pushed out of the way. This made our stay seen very unfriendly. We didn’t get to enjoy any of the hotel perks like the fire pit, popcorn evening or breakfast because it was so over crowded. Not worth the price we paid for it.

We’ve stayed here multiple times and always satisfied. We love the location, staying riverside with view of mountains and river, fire pit, wildlife, eating breakfast in the enclosed porch, the selection for breakfast, popcorn/hot chocolate, the jacuzzi and everything about the room. It’s always clean and the staff are always friendly.

The hotel was good. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. Loved having a microwave and a mini fridge that worked in our room. My husband and granddaughter loved the cookies in the lobby. Each night after a day of adventures before bed they would go get a cookie. It was a nice touch from the hotel. I liked the access to the walking path even though it is a good walk, it was nice not having to drive to the island. The grandbaby loved feeding the ducks. I would stay here again.

The only negative thing was the breakfast. Not many options and the quality was lacking. After day one we ate out. The free 24-hour hot chocolate tasted watered down. No other complaints or issues with our stay. It wouldn't be a reason not to stay here again.

Check in was quick and easy and the fire pit outside was a hit with my family considering they offer free popcorn in the lobby and free hot chocolate. The room was clean and they even had an Alexa speaker which was amazing. All attractions were close.

The pool and parking lot were crowded but that’s expected for spring break weekend.

The room was clean and the free breakfast was very good and saved us from going out to buy breakfast elsewhere. We liked that we were in the center of all the activities and restaurants. Good location. Attendants were nice and polite. The whole hotel was well maintained and clean. A big plus.
