The resort was beautiful! Our room was clean, updated and had a relaxing balcony facing the ocean. We had plenty of updated outlets for charging electronics. The bathroom was spacious. They provided complimentary water bottles in the room. We chose this hotel because it was within 30-45 minutes to Disneyland and Santa Monica Pier. All staff members were friendly and helpful. We wish we would have more time to enjoy all that this resort has to offer.
We filled out days with activities in the area and didn't save enough time to use the pools, beach or restaurant. The added fees were quite expensive when we weren't able to use the resort amenities. The parking was valet only which was nice but also made us run late for an appointment as we were checking out. It was also a little inconvenient to not be able to get forgotten items out of the car when needed. The price was high and didn't offer incentives such as free breakfast or free parking.

Our family visited for Father’s Day. We enjoyed brunch at Henry’s Coastal Cuisine. Then we had the best time by the pool!

Cost! Plus cost of valet, food, water etc. For the price of the room just feels like there should be some things included. When did hotels stop putting chocolate/mints on the pillows?

It’s perfect for being able to have everything you need close in the resort. Really enjoyed the amenities and being close to the beach.
Wish there was some written material to read about amenities. Sort of a hassle to try to find out info online, or talk to desk staff. Some of them are not very helpful. The concierge on the other hand was wonderful.

Untrained valet drivers, long wait to get in restaurant, close early and very few options for casual and affordable food, the bathtub was stained with blue water drops, toiletries had to be specially requested.

Crossing the major road to the beach. The Hyatt had a foot bridge. I probably stay there next time because of that one feature.

Everything about this Hotel was amazing, especially the service from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. The location is amazing, it is so close to the outdoor mall, restaurants and beach.

power outage beyond hotel control. couldn’t call front desk from my cell phone because of outage. eating at only restaurant open due to power, construction going on in other side of restaurant.

The suite was clean, service was good, suite Décor was very good. Nice View, good size balcony,

Sofa bed mattress is not comfortable to sleep on.
when looking down through the windows or the balcony you see many areas covered with rust, like
air-conditioning equipment, ducting, and metal frames which gives your guests the impression
that this hotel is not maintained well (eye soar need some painting).
Long walk from our suite at Twin Dolphin tower to front desk especially for seniors.
