Key card barely worked, sink was cracked

The room was somewhat dirty. The toilet kept recycling all night. There was no shampoo. The room smelled musty not fresh.

Didn't use it

The room and property were run down with peeling paint and a weird, lumpy bed. The tub was poorly designed with curved sides and a person who was unstable on their feet could fall.

Washcloths need replacement, escutcheon around shower head falling off.

Convenient stay and location outside the city of Binghamton

Appeared clean and great location

I liked that the location was very close to Binghamton University, which is the reason for my trips to the area.

The man working the front desk was not helpful at all and double charged me for a room that I had already paid for. I told him that I had already booked the room through Booking.com and he insisted that I had to pay again. The ice machine didn’t work, our non smoking room smelled like cigarettes, there was a rusty hole in our shower, and we found hair on the bedsheets before we slept in it.

pricing was good

faulty doors(wouldn’t latch), mold around tub and bathroom ceiling. non-smoking room smelled like a pack-a-day smokers home, was told it’s the smell coming in from people outside smoking.

Location is fine

There was a quarter in the bed so it seemed the sheets had not been changed. The tub was brown.

Someone tried to get into my room three different times within the 3 hours that I was actually there!!!

it was fairly clean. The spacious bathroom counter was nice. The bathroom was okay. Bed was comfortable and fine. For our one night stay it was adequate.

The price wasn’t terrible but for what we paid compared to our other stays it would have been nice to have a couple of breakfast items. There was no fridge or microwave in our room. To get a room that had that you had to pay more. The ice machines were broken. So if we had stayed longer than one day it would not have been great. we arrived late and left early so it was adequate.

The room was close to the parking lot and was able to keep an eye on my motorcycle.

Very spartan. The live TV didn't work.. could not figure out how to watch anything else. Had to watch the baseball game on my tablet. No coffee, microwave or refer.

Cheap. Most hotels in area are more expensive

Slow service. When I did get into room there were no sheets and the tub was filthy

Way over charged for what we got. Almost criminal what we were charged by Booking.com
