The location was nice and very clean. The staff were pleasant and somewhat helpful. They were able to get us a ground floor room for my husband who is handicapped.

Our cable did not work in the room and the front desk person was unable to fix it. He said it was a service issue but it didn't appear that others in the hotel had the same issue. There was no coffee in the room nor any available in the lobby after breakfast. We will not stay at this hotel again.

It was quiet and the room was clean and comfortable as usual.

The guy on duty didn't seem too interested in his interaction with me. Like I was bothering him or something. When I asked for a receipt upon checking out his expression was like I asked him something wrong or it was a bother.

the Night Shift lady was the sweetest! the only thing I liked about the property.

Well to start our room was infested in roaches to make things worse the Indian man in the morning was very obnoxious, we knew the rules, we knew what time to leave the room. We were there’s because of an emergency our home has no power or water. we checked in very late with our baby and I’m pregnant. we were just trying to get as much sleep as we could but kept getting bothered and rushed out the room and it was not even 12! He came barging in our room (tried to open door forcefully without knocking what if I was naked that would’ve been a lawsuit and I recorded it. I was gonna leave it at that because of the lady working upfront when I checked it but after the way the Hindu treated me I didn’t like it. and I have to wait a whole day in order to get it resolved 🙄

I didnt like anything about this hotel experience this time. I did not rest at all due to internal and external factors.

Clean the rooms better; keep down on the noise in the front lobby area; make sure all of the televisions and phones work within each room; make sure sheets and bedding do not have stains; make sure the bathroom is extra clean (it did not smell fresh or look like the bathroom was swept or mopped. Also, the staff was not friendly at all this time. The quality of this hotel has gone down within the past years. I really hate this because I always stay here due to the convenience of its location.

First room we were given the door knob broke off in my hand the first time I opened it. They moved us to a second room where the TV did not work which they could not get fixed and the toilet tank kept running. Facilities old and the room extremely small. Felt very uncomfortable. We asked if we could cancel our reservation and was told yes but the manager, Pam, would have to approve. Called next morning and spoke to Pam who was unaware of the situation and said she would research and call back. Sent a follow up message through Booking. Waiting for call back.
