I was not given the room that was reserved and paid for. The young lady who checked us in was very rude and unprofessional. We checked out of the hotel and moved to another hotel due to unsatisfactory service. I did ask to speak to the manager upon leaving and filed a complaint. The manager was pleasant and receptive to my concerns.

Nice front desk helped me

When searching for this particular trip I was specifically looking for an outdoor sitting area, the pictures of their outdoor area is what prompted me to book at this location. The hotel was absolutely everything if not better than what was represented on the website.

not really a complaint, but the only thing that I personally can say negative- The staff does not have a way to see someone at the front desk or had a bell.. so when they are behind the wall doing other work, they dont see the guest that is standing there ready to check in. That was the case for me and one more guest. We had to speak outloud so that they knew we were there.

Everything was great from the time we walked in. The staff were very friendly, always welcoming you in. The rooms were great, we had 1 king room and one double queen room, they were very spacious and exceptionally clean!

Location was close to town

The reason we chose this hotel was because of the bar and restaurant. However, once we arrived, we learned the bar & restaurant was closed until midweek. No notice. We asked if we could buy a bottle of wine that was displayed in the vending area. The receptionist informed us that she didn’t know how to ring up the wine, she tried earlier for someone else…. But couldn’t figure it out. The shower had pubic hair on the shower wall. The heater in the room was messed up. Went to service desk and the receptionist told my spouse that the maintenance worker was just here but left 10 minutes ago, and she doubted that he would come back. About an hour later, we returned to the front desk to inform the receptionist our room was now 80 degrees and we could not stop the hot air from blowing. She informs us that they are “full” and she could refund us our money but we would probably need to find a room somewhere else. This was at 11pm after driving 10 hours. Later that night, I asked if they had a hair dryer, she laughed informed me that they don’t have those anymore after Covid. Overall, this was probably the worst hotel experience I’ve had thus far. Very unprofessional staff and not accommodating to paying customers. WILL NOT RETURN!

Please place a bottle of water in the room. It would help in making a cup of coffee

The receptionist and staff were excellent.

Location great. Did not have the breakfast. Beds was so comfortable.

Shower wasn't hot enough and there was no water pressure.
