From the minute I walked in the concierge Nova was so welcoming and answered all my questions about fun things in the local area. They gave great suggestions for food, drinks, and some live music. While waiting for an Uber, I did witness another employee verbally attacked by a customer and watched Nova come in to help de-escalate the situation. When people make commercials about Best Western Nova is the type of person in those commercials. I almost never write reviews like this but I am so amazed at their customer service skills remaining calm AND helping someone while being verbally abused by a client like that. Gold star customer service to Nova because I know I myself would have a hard time with that.

This is a non smoking facility but I could smell is pot big time. But when I told the front desk they got security up there asap.

Had fire alarm issues, but I think they got it figured out by the time we left. They also compensated us for the inconvenience. They need a door for the bedroom in the suite.

Staff was excellent! Room was clean and it was close to out event at Angel's of the wind arena.

The neighborhood was super sketchy. Lots of homeless and we felt very uncomfortable walking the area. The hotel is very outdated. Clean, yes, but very run down. I hate to say we wouldn't stay here again. But the staff was amazing and the hotel served its purpose.

They are rude and money hungry people they dont list what to really expect and when going through a third party makes it worse cause they don't even know because I asked the person I made reservations with if there was a extra deposit there besides what I paid them and they charged me extra

The room was fantastic, they allowed my grandson to join us for the night, and the breakfast was amazing, I will definitely be staying there on my next trip.

Housekeeping staff knocked on my door at 930am and 1030am. I had an 1130 wakeup call fir the 12 noon checkout. I did not get the sleep I needed, expected or paid for. I would like a refund.

The room was absolutely spotless and the bed was super comfortable!

There was a strong smell of marijuana walking down the corridor to our room which was unpleasant but everyone to themselves and all that. Also, there was a dog in a neighbouring room that erupted into fits of barking at sporadic stages during the night.
