great location on the waterfront, nice lobby

We are way past the covid precautions, the hotel should return to a standard breakfast buffet instead of a basket of cereal and yogurt.

First of all, the sink wouldn't drain so I had to keep turning the water off to drain it. In addition, the breakfast that I ordered TO GO the next morning after I checked in, was incomplete and was not packaged to go as requested. Also, housekeeping knocked on my door shortly before 11:00 when I still had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door. I was still getting ready and was 15 minutes from leaving my room. I removed the DO NOT DISTURB sign from the front of the door and left for the day shortly after 11:00. When I came back to my room that night at 9:30, my room had never been cleaned, which was very disappointing! If a guest is still in the room when housekeeping comes, then that needs to be noted and housekeeping needs to come back to clean the room. Also, for the price that I paid for the room, I would have thought that I would get somewhat of a view, but when I opened the blinds, all I saw was a big tree and a parking lot.

Need directions for the coffee machine. I don’t have one like that at home and don’t know how to use it. The fellow at the desk came up And helped me. Post wifi password in the room.

Beautiful views of the marina and restaurants within walking distance.

Overpriced for a weekday, by far.

The front desk gentleman was great!! Far exceeded any other!! Location was wonderful. Room was lovely! Breakfast brought to your room at your requested time was the best!

Parking wasn’t the greatest.

we stayed here on our wedding night 20 years ago and decided to stay again so we didn’t have to travel for a concert and it was just as lovely as it was 20 years ago

maintenance started working on the room next to us with power tools before 9am

it’s proximity to the marina, the view was spectacular, and also, it was in walking distance to two good restaurants

the crib they provided was so stained and gross, I had to wrap it in blankets and sheets, and also, they forgot items on our breakfast order twice

the hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help.

it was quiet and nicely maintained Paul made sure that I was properly taken care of since I was traveling alone.

Amy greeted us warmly when we arrived and explained the breakfast - even warmed our room up for us! Had issues getting the TV working and TWO staff members came up and sorted it out. Breakfast arrived on time and was delicious - we'll definitely be back!
