I arrived at about midnight. First room 237 the adjacent room door didn't lock, my side. Someone housekeeping I presume had set the luggage holder in a way to use as a way for it to not be opened. Poor security. Roaches in the room . I call front desk, no answer. She finally calls back said she can switch rooms, also lied about nobody being in the adjacent room . I go get keys for room 247 walked back went to that room, keys wouldn't open the door, assuming dead batteries in door. Back to office. Switched to 3rd floor room 337 get there key turns lock green but door feels locked from inside and will not open.. Young ladies in 333 tried as well to no avail. They called office for me because at this point I'm not happy, very tired and about done with this motel. This time the girl at desk walked her not so happy butt up here and opened room 335 all off this and it's now close to 2am. Only issue with 335 is the safety lock, half is missing which means there's NO SAFETY lock, deadbolt won't engage either.. ohhhhhh hadn't been able to connect to Wi-Fi at all since arrival. But this morning all the desk clerk could say was " well it's working fine up here at the desk" sweety...

I would like my money back! This was terrible, the room was unclean and so was the entire facility, everything was broken, the indoor pool next door where they tell you to go because their facility doesn't work is absolutely disgusting and there was only one person at the front desk who was polite and nice to work with.

Good variety for breakfast and self serve - Texas sized waffles, yogurt, eggs, biscuits and gravy, juice, coffee, cereals. Beds were comfortable. Beach is directly across the street. Royal Caribbean port is just minutes away by car. Kroger is next door for last minute purchases or gas.

Housekeeping is very lax. I stayed two nights and had to ask several times between the front desk and housekeeping to get service. One housekeeper literally told me “Yeah, tomorrow.” I was like “Uh - I won’t be here tomorrow.” The phone in my room never worked. The elevator is like an oven. Also, I got a view of the local graveyard from my room rather than the beach 🧐 When I asked if I could have an ocean view I was advised my reservation did not cover that. Two completely different mindsets there depending on the room you get. That’s the price you pay for being frugal I guess.

Dirty, no shower curtain, phone in room didn’t work, no usb plugs, pool had used band aids in it, no towels. Staff was rude, ceiling in room was falling down, windows so dirty could not see out of them. Will never stay there again. Cigarette butts all over the place and trash all over the ground. Staff standing at the entrance smoking and throwing down the cigarettes. Gross, gross, gross!!

Lage sehr gut - direkt am Meer ( über Straße) Frühstück war dabei. Hotel sehr in die Jahre bekommen und nicht sauber. Aber für den Preis und 1 Nacht passabel. Supermarkt direkt daneben.

Sehr ungepflegt - Zimmer riecht komisch (ist aber wohl der Lage am Meer geschuldet)

For the price, it was decent. The location is perfect! Staff were friendly Breakfast was typical continental breakfast with waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Sausage and ‘eggs’. Cereal and yogurt, juices were pretty much flavored water.

Decent pool, was happy to Have the outside shower but there was dog poop everywhere around it. So we couldn’t use it to shower off with after the beach. Not a deal breaker but .. meh. There were no towels when we got to the room. We asked front desk but we had to wait an hour or so for the wash load to finish. No pool towels. They seemed pretty stingy with the towels, so definitely take your own. Worst thing about the hotel was we found three roaches by the AC right when we were about to lay down for The night. That was a bit cringe, and we immediately started itching lol. We made it through the night though, bed was ok. Nothing special. Hoping we didn’t bring home any friends. They have a cappuccino maker in the lobby that I was excited about. But it was like Drinking thick creamer. It was gross. Over all I guess I have to give it a 5, but only because of location and price…

the door knob in bathroom was very hard to open need other type and we didn't have clean towels next morning and the room didn't get clean the next day

Toilet didn’t flush properly, sink plugged, clock on microwave started ticking super loud at 3:30 am . Online photos shows hotel looked nice but it’s old and shabby, very misleading . Highly disappointed .

Well, there was one staff member (short, lighter skinned black man with piercings) who was very welcoming, knowledgeable about (everything) and eager to help

I was very displeased to spend 200 USD for one night for a room labeled "sea view" that did not in fact have a sea view. The facilities were dated, the elevator felt like a Fear Factor challenge to ride and the pool left much to be desired. If I'd spent 100 USD, wouldn't complain. I'd say "Okay, got my money's worth". Everything else was okay.

It was loud. I didn’t get the view I paid for. An older hotel. More like an old motel. Breakfast was ok at best.

Price and Location were excellent. Bed was comfortable.

No hot water. Maintenance man and night staff were unhelpful. Noisy right outside door all night.

It had heated pools and was across the street from the beach

When I turned in the lights this morning I had to kill and flush 2 small roaches and there was one in a coffee cup we had, channels were not all that good and the drains both in the bath tub and the sink were stopped up I fixed the bath tub enough for my kids to take baths but sink idk and the base board and the vent screen looked like they needed to be cleaned better

i liked the breakfast and the coffee in the breakfast area. food was okay. the biscuits were a bit hard.

we were in room 212 and the hot water handle in the bathroom leaks. we told the front desk about it. it still leaked when we left.

Not enough towels in the room, sticky floor, and dirty all around the building. Our shower room was moldy and the bath tub mat was dirty! Won’t return.

Het hotel is mooi gelegen aan zee (wel autoweg tussen hotel en zee). Ruime kamers met goede bedden, badkamer, goede wifi, uitzicht op zee, Goed ontbijt, goed personeel, ruime parkeergelegenheid, hele dag koffie, thee en water. Zwembad met ligstoelen. Eetgelegenheden en supermarkt in de buurt. Nasa-Space Center vanaf het hotel goed te bereiken.

Hotel is gedateerd. En er waren veel vogels.

I liked the easy access to the convention center and beach. Great location!

The room was comfortable and clean. I had a few minor problems at 1st, but maintenance came right away and fixed my issues. Location was perfect. Right next to Kroger's and the convention center. Across the street from the beach. Highly recommend this place.

My water in the shower never got hot. Didn't call to notify the front desk, though. It wasn't that important.

Zimmer relativ sauber, Lage nahe am Strand.

Muss dringend renoviert werden, alles vergammelt. Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch und übersichtlich. Jeden Abend macht ein riesiger Vogelschwarm höllischen Lärm, morgends genauso. Grund ist der Innenhof mit Pool und Palmen, auf denen sich die Vögel niederlassen.

Old building. Rooms smelled musty and the doors appeared to have water damage and were rotting away at the bottom.

The location was perfect!

The pool could have been cleaner. The beds were hard as a rock. We didn’t have a beachfront room as we paid for but I will say that the early check in made up for it!
