Huge double queen room ! Balcony looking at the ocean ! Very clean!

The location was close to the beach and convenient. Always had parking.

The room was dirty and not updated at all. Many problems with the room we were given. The wash rags were stained/ dirty and the room smelled nasty.

Not clean. Air condition didn't work and had to switch rooms. No parking spots on day of arrival Many inconveniences Breakfast was barely edible. Front desk not very welcoming

inexpensive compared to neighboring hotels

multiple issues in my room—moldy shower curtain, quite a bit of broken tile grout on the bathroom floor, wonky refrigerator, and broken scuffed furniture.

Loved that it was close to the water. And loved that it was down and not in the busy part of the seawall. Older hotel but still a great value. Loved being able to sit out on the balcony and watch the sunrise over the water.

the hot tub in the room worked but unable to adjust the flow of the jets.

old and lots of cracks in crown moulding and near tub ... not much space to put things in bathroom... no closet ... only one trash can and food for breakfast was awful.

The first room the ac/heater wall unit didn't work. Then then moved me to another room that was absolutely filthy!

didn’t have towels in my room ran out of milk for breakfast coffee in my room was decaf only the door in the bathroom had rust on it

noticed alot of stains on the bedding and hair on the pillow cases . tried removing the pillow cases to request new ones saw even more stains on the pillows it self

breakfast was ok ... cleanliness and the smell was awesome

staff tried to enter my room with their cards whike i was in the room .. twice... i had issue with heater and maintenance man knocked and as i approached and asked who it was .. he tried using his card to enter my room bt i had bar across the door.. i did ask him to never try entering my room while im in there and i had a do not disturb card on my door... he was checking on me to see how heater was working bt that still gave him no right to try and enter my room.. i spoke to general manager and she offered a sincere apology.. i was frightened and didnt want to continue my stay but i did...

Housekeepers were nice.

The staff at the front desk were very unhelpful. Didn't answer the phone and couldn't answer several questions.

the front desk gal-I believe Shelia- was SO kind and welcoming! she assisted with transport to cruise terminal and was very kind. loved her attitude and willingness to assist. also appreciate the parking and shuttle service.
