Our location in the hotel was FABULOUS! Great view of the Gulf! The Room was lovely, spacious for two gals; good bathroom, wonderful amenities - love the Molton Brown treats. Enjoyed breakfast in the room each morning - delicious AND RAPID AND POLITE SERVICE! Although we thought the 57th Lunar Ball was AT the hotel in that conference center, the very accommodating security guard was gracious to call the desk and manage a chauffered ride to our location several blocks away - very polite young man helped two 82 year old ladies get there and friends returned us that evening. Service beyond compare! A truly memorable visit. Thank you. Ellen Stuart

The lack of money to stay forever!

Rooms were nice and had an excellent view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico, Steakhouse restaurant amazing, pool nice, spa very good.

Buidling is old and in need of repairs and renovation.

everything was dirty in our room and no matter how many times they sent maid service- they didn’t clean up the filth

Facilities were very nice. Pool was excellent and the proximity to the beach was great.I liked the pool bar and the servers were very attentive

Some of the facilities were a little dated and not working properly. I didn't like the fact that a lot of the pool space was taken up by cabanas that you had to pay so much money for. I've been to a lot of nice resorts and it seemed a bit pretentious to me.

Staff friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about facility & area. Professional and well mannered.

1. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. 2. Soda machine on 8th floor had no drinks in it. 3. We had to make two (2) calls after 3 pm to get the room cleaned. We stayed in room most of the time because of weather, ate in room & needed it to be made up. When we called around 2 pm we were told it couldn’t be done before 4. Then at 4:45 when I called again staff came. Sorry, but at your rates the rooms need attending each day. No turndown service, but at least the room needed trash removal and fresh towels. 5. Heater wasn’t working, but maintenance fixed it upon request.

location and service are always spot on. The bed and the linens were wonderful. Pillows are great also.

the bathroom had virtually no lighting. We were getting ready for a Gala event and it was virtually impossible to put on make up. Also for the price, plastic wrapped cups for the bar was less than appealing. There was also mold in the shower.
