Room was very nice and clean and offered everything I needed.

Can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Very spacious room with full kitchen. Lots of parking. Early, 6am, breakfast on Sunday with hot food.

Bed was uncomfortable. Area around tub and toilet was cramped.

I booked a loft suite because I was traveling with my teenage son and his friends for a basketball game at U of I. I booked the loft because there were 5 kids and one adult. this way all the kids were with me supervised. I called the hotel at 3:30 to tell them we would be late checking in and they said that was fine, but did not take my name. they were very short on the phone. We arrived at 6:30 to check in after the basketball game and I was told that my loft room was NOT available because they allowed people to extend their stay! They offered me 2 queen rooms but we were counting on the kitchen and I wanted one room to be with the kids. They then put us in 2 king suites but my 15 year olds were unsupervised all night! we could not all possibly fit in that one room! plus I had my 10 year old son with me as well. I appreciate them accommodating BUT this should not have happened because I had a room booked for my needs. plus my room I booked was way more expensive than the 2 rooms I was given. once we were in the rooms one smelled horrible!!! I told the front desk it smelled and they said they probably already have it noted that it smells! the tv did not work properly, the dishwasher was not secured and would roll out from under the cabinet when on. the bathroom was dirty. The hotel was very run down.

Everything was fine. Customer service was excellent!!!
