Overall our stay was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Our room was nice.

The toilet/shower area could have been cleaned better.

Would have been nice to be able to even check in . We’re from out of town and called way ahead to make sure if we showed up at midnight or so that we can stil check in and we’re told yes . Get to the property and no one to be found ! Called and stood there for a half an hour !! I’m so happy we were able to find a place such last minute and late ! Truly unhappy and ridiculous.. get it together

Breakfast was good. Choices were yogurt muffins hot sandwich oatmeal coffee water and juice. Location was good for us to go to Illini game. On bus route which we didnt use. N

Newly renovated although there is still a lot of work to do and the desk staff couldn’t have been nicer.

The staff was friendly

The room was disgusting. Stains on the floor, headboard. Mattress was old and awful, pillows were old. Sheets smelled. Someone tried to open my door and I called the front desk, she was not helpful. Everyone else was friendly.
