Respected by staff

The staff were great! They stored our luggage while we went out for lunch and they even let us check in a bit earlier. They were all very friendly.

The cleanliness was not the best. The staff make do with what they are provided with. The towels were very dirty and looked old. The building itself looked very worn and not properly taken care of. It’s not a horrible stay if you’re not too picky and need a place just to sleep.

Some small bugs in the room. Rooms not in the best condition. Neighborhood pretty bad. Definitely don’t roam around at night here

If you have a car the location is fine - but in general LA is huuge so its difficult to find any hostel in 'centrum'. There was aircondition in the room which was nice. The bathroome and bed was nice. If you like the color beige this place is definetly the place for you.

There was no roomeservice so we had to use the same towels for 4 days in a row. There was no frigde.

It was quite.

There were gnats (small flies) in the room. The bedding (including pillows) & the entire bed needs to be upgraded. There were no wash rags. The walking area upstairs (outside) & stairwell needs to be cleaned. ¹

the reception is nice and its location is near Downtown Los Angeles

the sanitary quality and some of parts are broken, there were holes on bed sheet, blanket, and the door of bathroom, and there were some past customers destroyed on the furniture in purpose. I saw someone curved their names on the drawer when first getting into the room

Nothing saw 3 roaches and I cried. Has weird smell

The room (214) had a big window to the east, so we ad nice morningsun an a view on a palm. Room, bathroom and parkingplace was ok, and a good bacery with good cappuccino nearby! But...

...there was not one coat hook ore towel rail installed and also no chair. Also there where no other usefull things like coffeemachine, refrigerator or microwave. The site was a little bit hard at night, but for us ok.
