The soap/shampoo dispenser fell off the wall and was not fixed while we were there. It would have been nice if we were told that the lounge was being renovated.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly! Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Check in was easy and the gentleman checking us in was nice and helpful. Valet deserves a special mention! They were slammmed when we were checking out, but brought out cars quickly, efficiently and with a smile on their face and made sure to help each individual get loaded in their cars. If they were stressed, they didn’t show it at all. We ordered room service for breakfast. The food was hot and prepared perfectly and delivered with care. The hotel is also within walking distance of several great restaurants and venues. We would stay here again.

The bed was like sleeping on pillows! The staff and location and the all the space you get. The rooms were clean and warm(we stayed in Jan. brrr). Walking distance to bars,restaurants and omg a star bucks down stairs..

Let’s not talk about the sofa bed(Kid said it was hard lol).Lightning was dark in the room.

Room did not have a fresh smell, sink was clogged and we had to switch out our iron.
