Checked in than realized that they dont take dogs. Checked out and canceled reservation only for them to keep half of the money and I still haven't received any thing back whatsoever.

Only thing was the beds were comfortable
We had to move to a different room because the AC was not working. We didn't have enough pillows or towels in the rooms. Also there was a water leak on the bathroom ceiling, The pool was closed but was not posted on their website. The whole hotel smelled muggy it was just not what I expected.

No tells air conditioner Did not work no trash buckets?

Not much. See below.
There was an air of superiority with the check-in staff member. I felt that I was being talked down to. We had to climb stairs to get up to our room (we're both Senior Citizens). A bed and night table had obviously been removed, leaving the room with a huge open space, giving it a bit of a desolate feel. The television was not plugged in to cable or even the wall socket, which was a major disappointment to us. There were just wires hanging down from the ceiling where a smoke alarm should have been. The desk chair was broken and unusable. When I called the front desk to tell them about the problems, I was told that rather than waiting for my deposit pending room inspection, it would be immediately removed from my credit card. Since I expected I would be getting the refund back anyway, I did not view this as compensation. There was no one sent to alleviate any of the problems. To top it off, there was no breakfast in the morning.

NOTHING. The hotel was not as advertised on Priceline. They were under renovations. The room did not have a smoke detector, furniture was missing or in disrepair, room was dirty due to tracking in from hallway which had no carpet. We cancelled immediately due to not being safe, but have so far been unable to get back all of our money. We will continue to pursue this when we are home from our trip.
No smoke detector, dirty carpet, missing chair and furniture in poor condition, as well as pool not open, which was not as advertised at all. We have photos. Since when can a hotel rent a room without a smoke detector?

The location and cost
The place was very run down. I stayed in a king suite and it had a kitchenette but the stove was broke, the fridge didn't work and the AC wasn't working. I asked to get a couple extra pillows but they didn't have any. There were only 2 small pillows on the bed and wasn't enough for 2 people on a king size bed. The vending ice machine in the main lobby wasn't working either.

Nothing
There was no hot breakfast as indicated in the reservation, upon arrival, we had no washcloths no so no shampoo no trashcan no cups, and our carpet was sticking up in our door, almost tripped, walking into the room

It was clean
They didn’t have breakfast at 8 am like they said they would. And. The a/c was broken. Told the clerk. But she said to give it some time. It was hot all night.

Very little. The hotel is dirty.. no pillow cases on pillows. Bedding and carpet disgusting
This low class hotel should not be on your listings..
As above. The worst hotel ever.
Breakfast was a soggy muffin. No milk or creamer for coffee.
Just awful all round.

Price and loo
Banging in the walls all night, hallways smelled like marajuna very bad smell people smoking right outside the front doors again smell very bad people always standing around my car all night very uncomfortable feeling desk clerks took 29 minutes to check us in they wouldn’t answer the phone when tried to contact them no information about the place was given..ie pool breakfast where to park ect

nothing at all
didn’t like the fact that the beds were horrible and wobbly, no trash can in room , only one light worked and the stairs carpet was filthy, hairs on the toilet seat, only a few towels for my family, tv didn’t work and night staff was rude

Nothing about this hotel is up to any standard there is. The only thing I would say that’s positive, is that the woman working the front desk was very entrance
Some things you may notice as you walk towards the entrance
-Criminals looking at your vehicle as you’re inside
-Narcotic users
-Drug paraphernalia in the parking lot
-People inside their car outside of a hotel hanging out
As you walk in, you’re greeted by the black stained carpet, and the smell of cigarettes. People are walking inside the hotel and told to leave as they don’t have hotel rooms commonly. If you ask if your vehicle is safe in the parking lot, it’s shared with you that sometimes people’s cars get stolen and broken into. As you walk to your room, you immediately notice that the bathroom tile is broken and stained black for some weird reason. The carpet in the room is noticeably cleaner than outside, but still dirty. I will not be staying here ever again. The prices are very affordable, but for some reason Days Inn in Colorado is not the standard from other states.

For one I had a drill bit in my bed, black mold in bathroom. They said I smoked in my room I have lung cancer I can't smoke neither can my husband. I do want my 100 dollar deposit and my 145. 00 back on my new card. Someone. Needs to fire everyone there even the manager. She kept speaking Spanish to a guest and had no respect for anyone else.
I didn't like everything else. She took me for 254. Dollars. It's not the first time either.we also had no coffee pot, and one towel. And in a king room we had half a curtain

The location and price.
The rooms were dirty, damaged and smelled. The hotel was loud. Our first room's main door didn't lock so we had to be moved to another room. The beds are hard and filled with burn holes and the TV was scratched as if a child took a fork to it and scribbled.
1.8
nothing
everything. carpet is stained. my non smoking room smells like smoke. They also charged me a $100 deposit, that was not mentioned in the description of the hotel!!!! Booking.com should mention ANY required deposit at the top of the page for that hotel, not in some menu so you have to go looking for it. The only mention of a deposit, was for pets. if I would have known that this hotel required a deposit, I would not have booked it.

The room carpet didn't make me feel comfortable going bare foot. The green couch was full of dark stains, the desk was missing a chair to sit on, the refrigerator was too small and was just on the floor in the corner. All of the furniture was very old and showed signs or physical damage, wear, and water damage.

We didn’t had breakfast at the hotel
Our door didn’t locked and you were able to open it without a key

The beds were comfortable
The check in lady was rude carpets were stained the door was hard to get into everytime, we only had 2 towels asked for more was told they were being washed and housekeeping would bring them by when they were done, checked out and still never got any more towels and we stayed 2 days 2 kids 2 adults with only 2 towels no wash cloths no hand towels.. I'll never stay there again not worth it even if the price was cheaper. I rather pay more for a better hotel then this place ever again .

The hot tub actually working.
No towels in room, 1 pillow for 2 people, had to buy our own, no breakfast, dead bugs, mold growing in bathroom, no blankets except for a sheet and thin top sheet thing.
1.8
The staff was helpful and let us check in an hour early.
The room itself was incredibly dated and in disrepair. The sink shot out water like a firehose, and the shower barely had any water pressure. The towels were too small to use as regular bath towels, and they looked and felt like they had been in use at the hotel for the last 20 years. The sheets had stains on them that hadn't been properly removed, and hair (from a previous guest?).
Worst of all, they had soaked the room in some sort of air freshener that smelled like weapons grade vanilla. It was an incredibly intense smell that gave me a headache.
Ultimately you get what you paid for. We saved money compared to staying downtown, but during the stay I felt like I would have gladly paid more for a cleaner/more up-to-date room.;

This hotel is disgusting. Stains everywhere... on the sheets, comforter, couch, and curtains. It smells awful. The door across from us was missing it's peep hole and the one next to us was off it's hinges, you can see right in. There was a couple screaming at each other next to us.

We liked the location and the swimming pool.
Inclusion of breakfast is purely a joke! They had only tea, coffee, sugar coated doughnuts, and chocolate doughnuts for breakfast! Nothing else. The toilet clogged after one use and we had to go down to the reception and ask for maintenance to get it fixed.

Nothing
Overall dirty the continental breakfast was a joke pool was dirty the pool area is desperate for a new paint and to clean the deck one town in the room no trash can the AC / heater was all busted up
