There was very heavy smell in the room for two days. I guess they washed the carpet, but it didn’t dry well. It was about 50F over the night. However, we had to use the AC all the time. Somehow, the room was super HOT and it ruined our cool night dream. Also not very good parking

Just a little worn down is all..

The place is cheap and easy if you need somewhere to stay on the fly.

The room was dirty, the bedspreads were stained, there was garbage on the floor, it was pretty gross. The doors from outside to inside didn’t latch so you didn’t even need your card to get in which means no safety. And there were a bunch of people chain smoking RIGHT outside the side entrance doors with the doors propped open so smoke was billowing inside.

Not much: noisy AC in room, none in lobby. Staff didn’t answer phone when I called the desk to report non working TV . Bathroom door was punched in. When I went to the lobby to complain they gave us $10 off but couldn’t fix i the TV until the next day. Staff didn’t know of any nearby restaurants ( turns out there were several ). Breakfast was only until 9 am and most was gone by 8:30..terrible coffee, no butter or jelly, cold biscuits and unrecognizable hot cereal. I h ad tried to cancel a room with them when our plane to the location was cancelled at 2 am but we had to pay for it anyway . On the return trip we stayed there but they only gave us a minimal discount. I would never had stayed there if I knew it was such a crummy facility but only stayed there to try to recoup some of our lost $$ for the room they did not cancel.

See above..lots! By the way, these dates shown above (5/30-31) are for the night we did NOT stay there . As noted above, they would not cancel the room when I called to explain that our flight had stranded us in Dallas and we never got to Colorado Springs. This review is for when we stayed there on our return trip on June 12 as we were hoping to recoup some of the cost of the room we had to pay for on May 31 but, as indicated above, they only gave us a minimal discount (about 10%I believe). They said since we used Booking.com we could not cancel for any reason. Very frustrating.

Security was terrible, outside door had tape over it. A rough crowd registered there. More cleanup on the grounds.Not enough towels, the one I got was old with major holes. Frig was a block of ice. Abandoned car with 2 flat tires at the back. Abandoned camper on premises. Washer & dryer in totally separate bldg. Could smell pot smoke in hall.

Staff were friendly

Holes in walls, stains on the beds, smoke detectors ripped out of the ceiling (none in the room)
