Th location in relation to medical facilities.

The rooms were freshly painted, beds comfortable, but apparent not a professional job on the flooring or painting, a bit sloppy. Not your typical LaQuinta. The building is an older concrete building. It was pretty quiet in the room, due to structure. The shower was hot, always a plus for me, albeit a small space. which is fine as it functioned. In all it served it purpose for a medical visit minute drive away the next day.

The morning staff "claimed" they were going to try and get me a refund.

The room was disgusting. The sheets were all stained. I was never offered a new room. There was poop on the wall next to the hair dryer. The hair dryer didn't work. The room and restroom were never cleaned.

The floors and bathrooms were dirty all upon arrival in all 4 rooms. The location and amount of homeless encampments around the hotel was not very inviting.

Staff was nice. But the room I got was on the third floor right next to the entrance and the door slams every time. Room was not clean. Floor, toilet, shower, shower curtain stood up by itself. Very busy at night lots of displaced people and drug addicts in the neighborhood. Manager let me check in three hours early and breakfast of carbs and coffee every morning. So that was cool.

the rooms were disgusting and outdated. my first room had stains on the sheets. Dirt in the showers. Trash left over from the previous people. Second room was a little better but still dirty sheets. homeless population everywhere.

I really like the room set up.

The land scrapers blowing leaves. Left debris due to it blows under the door.. I got up to debris about 4 ft into the room.

Rowdy guests were noisy throughout the night and morning.

They claim they tried to get a hold of us to tell us that we needed to find another hotel because the water froze and broke the pipes we come in at 8:00 at night have to go as the front desk cuz nothing's working in our room and he tells me then that I need to find another place and leaves me hanging had a look for another place to pay more money

The fact that I was quoted one price and when I got there it was a 100 dollars over the quote. They wanted 100 dollars for a deposit that I'm still waiting for it to go back on my card. The only light that worked in the room was a lamp by the bed and the bathroom was very small for a king size room.

Liked the location and size of the suite.

DIRTY!! The furniture in the suite, couches, chairs were all very stained and dirty. I called down to front desk and asked for a few sheets to cover the furniture because no one was able to sit on them because of the filth. Was told oh we can't and housekeeping can't get to it until morning. Housekeeping never came, so I paid extra for a suite and couldn't even use the area, management knew about it and refused to fix the problem

Nothing

#1 I had to change rooms because the smell in the 1st room made me physically ill. When I asked what the smell was I was told by the gentleman at the front desk that he had no idea, which was a lie because the staff had placed an air purifier unit in the room prior to my arrival. The unit had a caution sticker on it stating it was 'to be used in unattended areas ONLY"! I took pictures of it and will be contacting a lawyer 1st thing Monday Morning! #2 The room was filthy! The tub was so disgusting that I couldn't take a bath. It was gross! #3 I requested a late check out by calling the front desk and she gave me until 11:30. I had several knocks at my door prior to 1130 and staff waiting outside my door pressuring me to leave b4 1130!
