The young man who checked me in and addressed my concerns was most professional. The location is a pretty one atop a sunny hill, so I was able to take some great photos of the surrounding area. This was my first time being in LA.

When I extended my stay to the next day, the lady working at the desk told me I needed to go back and get my ID, despite having already shown it to the young man who initially checked me in the day before. She forgot to return my ID after I checked in, and I didn't realize this until a bit later in the day. I panicked thinking I had lost it, and when I went to the front desk to retrieve it, I was at first told that there was no ID there. Then when I insisted they check for it, they found it and gave it back to me. It's a fairly minor complaint, but I did think it was rather odd that they asked for my ID twice. I also think the $50 deposit was unnecessary, considering the rooms could have been cleaner. The sheets appeared as if they'd been used, but luckily I'd thought to bring my own blanket with me and just stopped the sheets and used that one for sleeping.

overall they were lenient and not on us.

we paid a $50 deposit. did not smoke, kept clean, left with no damages and never got the deposit back. once a month passed we still called and the office manager blocked my number so i could not get my deposit

Free snacks was just about the only thing we liked.

Parking was terrible. There WERE available spaces however they were blocked by cones and we were forced to park outside in the street where it was unsafe and unguarded by security cameras. Our room was on to the 3rd floor even though we specified to the clerk that I was handicapped and couldn't walk. He ignored us. Clerk advised us that although there was an elevator it was not working. Even though another employee later in said it was working.We were in a non-smoking section but it smelled STRONGLY like smoke and ashtrays conveniently placed throughout the room.

It felt like home.

If I could give this place a 0, I would. We came in at 10 PM and left within 20 minutes. They gave us a room, but the room was not clean and the bed was unmade like someone had just slept in there. I had to go back to the office to request for a new room which they gave me. Upon entering the second room, we were immediately hit by the smell of poop! My boyfriend and I had turn on the air conditioner to blow out the smell! We were disgusted! We checked the bathroom and there was still stains on the toilet! We knew someone had just been in there because the snacks were not fully refilled like the first room we had. We took off the sheets to ensure any cleanliness, but there were hairs in the bed! When we went back outside to complain, the guy did not want to give us a refund and demand I do it through the booking website we used. The booking company said the company would not give us a refund because the room was " fully handed over to us for 45 minutes" even though we left in less than 20 minutes. DON'T STAY HERE! Horrible customer service and unacceptable unsanitary environment!
