El señor es horrible. Hablo mal. Comenzó a ser pregunta personales. Me fui por qué me dio miedo. Y me compraron todo el dinero. Cómo se me había quedó Ahy. Pase mi tarjeta y el señor decía que no me había cobrado y es mentira. Horrible no lo recomiendo

The rooms were nice, clean and rather large. The hotel itself seemed well maintained and was in a good location
I paid for a crib for my 17 month old son, however when we got there I was told they did not have any at this location, which was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel. Also there were only a few (maybe two) vending machines and both were sold out of everything but water and since we got there late that was little annoying.

The location is excellent, and the surrounding area is very quiet. The room size and facilities are also great. There is a wide variety of breakfast options available, and the price is reasonable. It offers good value for money and meets expectations.

My daughter & I both commented that the drapes didn't close to block out the sun in the morning. It would be much better having drapes that cover the window to block out the sun in the morning.

The hotel management is tricky in negative sense.
I messaged them if it is possible to cancel 1 of the 2 nights of my booking. It was 18 hours before free cancellation deadline (16.00 pm). If it is possible then I am okay to stay there. But if it is not possible I wanted to cancel totally.
Unfortunately they responded me more than 18 hours after that message (i.e. at 16.04 pm). It means I lost my opportunity for free cancellation. It is really tricky.
So, be careful.

Cleanliness, AC unit requires major cleaning. Did not turn it on. Carpets were worn out.

The keycards do not function properly at the rooms. One had to make several attempts before the door opened.
