Clean lobby and great customer service from staff when checking in and was told about rewards program from a nice African-American lady that had red hair. She was very accommodating and knowledgeable.
Our bath tub was dirty and had strays of random hair on the side walls in the tub when you arrived inside our hotel room. I always inspect my hotel rooms before getting settled into them. And some guest white towels were dirty as well. Was disappointed with those issues i encountered.

Stylish and modern hotel. Rooms are large, fitness center is nice. There is a small park nearby for walking, and a restaurant/bar in hotel (ask for Kevin, he'll mix you up an amazing cocktail!). We checked in and Ralph at the front desk was amazingly professional and got us all checked in. Marisol in housekeeping really went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable. All around, just a lovely place to stay!
Not the most walkable area, so a car is helpful. Otherwise, it was great!

This was the second booking of 3 in three weeks.
We arrived late from a long day trip and found out that the bath was jammed and there was an annoying sound coming from electrical room next door. We reported to the receptionist (who was a bit grumpy) and were offered another room. Already 1 am. in the night, the new room had a smell, and the bed sheets felt moistened. As it was just for a single night overstay, we did not take any other action.
There was work going on on the parking so you could not get to the entrance with the car.

Everything was great! Beds are amazing and the rooms were super clean.

The bed covers were not clean, with tones of hair residual. I sent an email to the management team, but unfortunately, no one responded. It was a terrible experience for my family.

Went to the Chinese food place down the street they made a disrespectful comment they thought we couldn’t understand because it wasn’t said in English

it was ok
the lobby has been very noisy . the breakfast has no varieties . it’s monotonous and repetitive . I have not received the money which was taken as hold for incidentals. expect the same to be reversed to my card

It was clean and peaceful accommodation. The staff was very kind and friendly.
Initially the room had a weird smell to it. At night there was only one person to help at the main desk. And I had to go back and forth myself to the help desk with my issues.
There were no bath robes or slippers provided.
