Easy to get to. Very festive. The restaurant was excellent

there was a big family in the lobby all day all over the place with kids didn’t look right

It served the purpose, but was very overpriced considering there was a huge puddle in the gym and the pool was closed.
The pool was closed "for three weeks". No date on the sign. It's probably been there for years.
The room was dirty so we had to switch rooms.
The AC wasn't cool enough.

Room next to me partied all night. VERY LOUD. From 1:30- -4 am. Called twice to complain. No fix

The breakfast buffet was expensive, and the pool was closed for renovation.

Very comfortable rooms. Excellent food for breakfast. Very clean rooms.
TV was a little glitchy.

Staff was nice. They helped me out in the morning with my breakfast and were very nice on check out. The woman at the front desk gave me a late check out.
THE AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK! If it even was there. It was very hot. Neighbors were also loud but I don't care about that if the air conditioner worked.

No free coffee in the morning. Starbucks inside hotel.
Did not want to interact with anyone upon just waking up.
Had coffee maker in room but I question the cleanliness, not just at the Sheraton but any hotel.

Quick to accommodate us to a new room after entering one with a strong cigarette ordor. The new room was huge and spacious. Also, they were able to open us the door when we got locked out. It took time, but the manager really did his all and eventually got it opened.

Hot water was great beds were comfortable
Pool cold not clean green mold around ceiling in pool area falling with paint chips no complementary breakfast

The location was good.
I did not like cleanliness of the room specially the bathroom. Tap water faucet was too slow that it took time to wash my hands. Bathtub was not clean even bathtub stopper was broken and bathtub shower head water pressure was too slow. It was not easy to take shower easily.

Literally everything about this place met my expectations. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was exceptional. Can't wait for their bar to reopen for when I go back.

The room was clean and cozy! The staff was very nice and efficient KATIE at-the front desk was excellent! Enjoyed my stay 100% hopefully the sauna is open next time 😊
The sauna could have been opened but overall, it was a great stay!
