The lady we spoke with at the front desk was extremely nice. It was a clean hotel and beds were not half bad.we were only there to sleep as we spent all day at the hospital with our loved one. We booked on booking which was super easy. We were informed that if you have someone at the hospital and are staying for that reason to call them directly as they will give an additional discount. We also stayed the night prior as when we finally got out of the hospital it was midnight. The person at the front desk didnt offer the discount or anything. When we realized he wasn't going to be discharged we booked the room for the second night using booking. At check in is when the super nice lady at the front gave us more information.

The breakfast was not good at all coffee wasn't to bad but I wish they had bigger cups. This normally wouldn't have been a problem but having to go straight to the hospital it sucked a little to not get a good breakfast before we went straight there for the day. Luckily hospital had a large cafeteria.

Not much to choose for breakfast and there was only one person running around trying so hard to keep food and coffee for customers. It wasn’t her fault, but believe it was because they were short staffed

The room was roomy. The sofa was comfortable, as was the bed. The room and the property was clean.

This stay was better than the last for door slamming. The closers on the door make the doors slam, so every time some one goes in or out of the room, it is BAM. The hotel wasn't as busy, so that wasn't happening as much.

Was charged 3 different amount and no one knew why really. At the end was told they will fall off. But they shouldn5 have been placed on my acct anyways. On here states no pet fee that they are pet friendly. When checking in was told its 25.00 daily.

The location near the university was great. Easy to find and access. The breakfast was good and a nice variety of options. I used the on site exercise room - it was good. Check in/out was easy and fast.

This hotel had some red flags for me. My first room - was not cleaned appropriately - bathroom and vacuuming the floors in the bed area. I had to report to the front desk and asked to be reassigned. The staff accommodated my move which i appreciated. The in hotel wifi was very problematic. It didn't work right the entire stay. I called for support -they said they would look into and call me back - they never did. The front desk was basically "not our problem." I was very frustrated by the lack of follow up and/or concern to address.

Enjoyed the hot breakfast

Slickest bathtubs I’ve ever encountered. Taking a shower was an adventure. No grab bars in the showers.
