Pat at the front desk was the only good part about this place.

The only perk of this property was Pat at the front desk. My husband and I stayed there for almost a week and the only reason we stayed that long was because we couldn’t afford anything else because of the situation we were in. We were told at check in that we were in a “renovated” room. Our TV was not even mounted on the wall, but sitting on the dresser on rags. The room was filthy, dirt caked on the floorboards, and even though the room had “just been cleaned” we had to wipe our feet off every time we got in the bed. The walls had dirt spots, the towels were stained, the comforter had holes in it. We did not want housekeeping because of our dogs but it was a fight to get clean sheets when we wanted them. VJ at the front desk was incredibly misogynistic, rude to me and when my husband and I would go in together, he would only speak to my husband even if the reservation was in my name. On top of that, the last day we were there, we wanted to stay another day and were told they were sold out but I watched another person book and pay for a room right before I was told that we could not extend our reservation. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I like the cool environment and the arrangement. It's cool

My reservation was canceled before I arrived. The reason I was given was because the name on the payment card didn't match the name on the reservation. I was supposed to pay WHEN I arrived, so how would there have been a payment issue BEFORE I arrived. I never even got the chance to try to pay for my stay. Did someone else try to pay for my room? If so, how would this mistake have been possible?

Everything was great

the property was in a good location with all amenities close by. the lady working the front lobby was very patient and polite.

the rooms were just gross. very dirty. the bathroom was disgusting, the floors were sticky even the carpets. even the sheets and blankets felt a little sticky. this definitely wasn’t worth $250 for only 3 days!

Nice room, modern furniture, very white, clean (appears) restroom. Nice tv, good channels. Sockets worked. I'd stay again, but bring your own bath clothes and towels. Employees are nice.

No shampoo/conditioner, very small soap. Towels and bath clothes were dingy looking, seen some hair on one. Floor appeared to be nice, but after walking on it, my feet were black at the bottom, so the floor had not been swept or mopped. I'd stay again, but bring your own bath clothes and towels. Construction workers like to hang outside on the balcony. One elderly lady cleaning all the rooms. I didn't like that, she's too old for that.
