They tried to charge me for stuff they haven't told me why and I know I didn't brake anything on leave a mess

The room was really nice everything was awesome but the horrible horrible staff during the day time

The staff is ridiculous they not o e of them during daytime and they just yell at ou in whatever they speak and then look at you and don't even stand what they said especially the manager if that's what she is. I told her I had emergency at the hospital and I might be late she barks at me and said not one minute late or ill call the cops and when I qet there and I ask for my deposit she said "you don't have deposit with us ",so I said can you just look for it she found it and slung it at meqàqq 14th 10⁰qqq1ĺll⁰pp Qq J9a

I booked online with a check in time for 3:00 pm i actually arrived 20 mins early. i waited in the lobby/front desk for nearly 30 mins because the front desk staff showed up. when i did my reservation i specifically booked a king room, 1 bed but that's not what i got after finally checking in. i opened the door and i saw that it was double beds, not what i reserved. i go back to the front desk and explained the issue and the guy at the desk immediately got an attitude because i wouldn't take that particular room, because that's not what i asked for. the purpose of booking online is so that you can choose your options and to have a smooth check in time. well it didn't work that way for me. finally after speaking with him he gives me a key to another room and omg what a nightmare! i go in to check things out and i couldn't believe my eyes. that room was not worth the price and deposit they charged. the light fixtures and bedding were in need of being replaced. those rooms are in need of a deep cleaning. as i was walking out from the bathroom, i had to kill two cockroaches that were coming from underneath the bed! we killed a total of 6 bugs tonight. the towels were so stained that i had to go and buy my own! there's a lot of foot traffic through the property also. i must say that i'm really disgusted with my stay, we ended up checking out early. i will never patronize this property again!

There was a giant hole in the wall of the run they gave us. Two different fights broke out and there were water bugs aka roaches in the bathroom around the tub and toilet

The closeness to the Amphitheater was the only good thing about this hotel!

Everything else! The room was dirty, the sheets and pillow cases had not been washed. The floor was sticky. The door to the room had to forced open and shut and there was no lock on it! The room smelled like urine. The front desk lady was very rude at check in!

The place is ghetto and looks like crap. Says online allows pets then says no dogs when u get there. Puts a extra 100 dollar hold on your card that’s the price of the room plus another hundred dollar deposit and doesn’t release it till the next day after you check out

The amount of people hanging around outside, cussing, screaming, smoking, the noise went on all night until 4 in the morning. We felt very unsafe there. The online site says breakfast included that is a lie. We will not be back!
