I want a refund on the 16th ,17th stay. Got called a bitch by maintenance man, after he open door on me. I was in my robe on the toilet. I yelled from bathroom.. he came In anywY. 3 times. He kept closing door and opening without. There was no reason for him to be in my room. Then I was on phone with front desk, whe roommate was paying. The housekeeping came back a 4th time. . Whole I told them to contact the front desk. We are paying. The front desk lady came down and told me to respect the staff. These staff employees were not follow their procedures. They should of been talking yo their supervisor or front desk. Maintenance man did not answer his phone. Yes we changed rooms everyday. Because 1st day. There was no glass in the perk hole stopped up sink, 2nd day door bt kept us front being to get into our room. Front desk guy asked us to change room in the morning.. I asked and related messages. Lady said we didn't have need to. So when the guy came on his shift. We got locked our again. He made us move like at 10pm . Then the morning all of the harassment started. . I want a refund.. I will contact BBB and other hotel associations to be this meeting age out.

The TV is messed up and the comforter on the one of the beds looked nasty. There were just several things messed up in the room.

It was infested with roaches.

The rooms was dissatisfied to us I wouldn't recommend no one to stay there it looked like smokers lived there.
